How do we know, she may be a billionaire. What we sometimes let folks know is that the type of printing they are in need of is not a good fit for us, we may not have the best equipment for a particular project. I don't want to print something they could go to Office Max or Fed-X Kinkos and buy for substantially less. This information has been very well received until now. My client was looking for die-cut post cards so she could treat her clients with a gift card, but she also wanted to include her own business card. We drafted a mock-up and Andrea quickly got back to me with pricing, turn times, and next steps. We placed the order, received a digital proof, and once that was approved a photo of the print out & cuts. They drop shipped right to my client ahead of schedule, and even sent me a few for my sample kit. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!”
