Every single time I go to this station the white fat guy is rude and has horrible customer service skills. He is always frowning and mad saying things like; “that’s why I hate coming over here to this station”. He forced the door towards me the last time I went there (the part you insert your money to pay for gas) and hit my hand with it. This makes no sense if he doesn’t want to work go home or quit. The people in this community should never have to deal with his poor work ethics and crazy behavior and mannerisms. This complaint will be filed with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office because there are many other people who have complained about his behavior and nothing is being done. I live in this community and pay taxes and to have a gas station in walking distance is a plus, but this one person makes it uncomfortable for customers. Thank you.

The guy that works in the morning is terrible. He argues with my mother every time she goes there. The pumps are often broken and in the middle of pumping gas the pump will cut off and all he says is the money will go back on your card. He has even charged my card 2 times for the same gas!

The gas station attendant is very rud . I have a problem with him every time I come there to get gas. I want this to go to the corporate office. He is not very professional at all and has a very bad attitude.
