I went there for a facial. And the woman pretended she spoke very little English. She sure spoke good English when she tried to sell me extra products and regarding her tip. She tried to get me to get a pedicure also. She kept telling me that my skin was dirty over and over again. She kept telling me I need to come back every three months so I figured that’s why she was trying to intimidate me by telling me my face was dirty. I take two showers a day. I hadn’t had a facial in about 10 years. Another customer came in early so she rushed me through it. She told me she was going to use a mask on me and never did. I told her I wanted her to concentrate on the sides of my face and she kept going around my nose, I finally pushed her hand down and told her to stop it, and she then went to the side of my face. I used the restroom and the toilet did not flush. They have a chain and a hanger which you have to pull down as the handle doesn’t work. I would never go back there. The bottom of this link asks what services did they perform and I chose pedicure because there is no option for facial.

I love this place literally top tier . I always come last minute and they still take their time I love Yumi and Penny they are the best thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Going to the nail shop use to be such a drag but here it’s pure luxury I could literally fall asleep how clean and comfortable they have set the tone . Truly a hidden gemServices: Pedicure

This was my 2nd-3rd visit throughout the last 2 years. They are too expensive for the no chip to only last 1 week. I spoke to the owner and she acted like she did not understand English. However, she was very clear when asking for tips in cash. No she did not resolve the issue. I will not be returning.

Truly the most horrible customer experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment, I was surprised to see no readily available techs ready when I arrived. Instead, the owner of the company stopped what she was doing on one client and took a few minutes to buzz off my previous no-dip and put acetone cotton swabs/tin foil on my nails (something I thought was incredibly rude to the other client, but I've seen this done before in a pinch and didn't think much of it, but really foreshadowed the experience I was about to have). I figured I would wait while she finished the other customers nails, and when finished in a timely manner, would jump over to mine. Boy was I wrong. After about 20 minutes of waiting patiently (which is already too long to leave acetone on my nails), I asked if she or someone else could take them off soon since it was starting to BURN. She sort of half nodded and went back to her other clients nails. In the middle of waiting, I was asked to move seats for another client, and then 30 minutes later and still no response, I took things into my own hands (literally) and desperately pulled the acetone tin foil off my nails (while in BURNING PAIN). 45 minutes later one of the other techs came over and shamed me for doing so. They ended up switching me to yet another seat (3rd one by now), shaving the rest of my old nail polish off, and asking what color I wanted... 1 hour into my appointment and they were just getting started on my nails... when I told the owner I no longer wanted service since I was so disappointed in my service so far, she stopped and asked for $10 for taking my polish off. I thought this was unacceptable and told her "no." She went on a majorly aggressive tangent, in front of all the other customers in the shop, and refused to let me leave without paying her. She told me she had been running her business for 13+ years and "this is how we do things," and that it was "normal" to leave the acetone soaking for 30+ minutes (something I assured her I've never experienced in the 10+ years I've been getting my nails done). I paid her $10 out of pity (how sad do you have to be to treat your customers like this) and left with the most incomplete nails I've ever seen. I vouched to never return and told her I'd be writing a review to warn others about (1) the bad service - something I could have gotten over if any empathy was given (2) the horribly unprofessional service I've ever received. I think the saddest thing of it all (besides the poor state of my nails) is that it felt like she gets this response often. Wonder if it's time for her to close up her shop. It certainly doesn't feel like there's any pride in what she does. Unless she enjoys ruining people's days and stealing their time... then making them pay for it. Seems super sad. Guess I'll be doing my own nails tonight.

Literally still sitting in the parking lot of the nail shop. I’m so happy with my gel nails. They are exactly what I wanted and she even got under the nails with the nail file drill. I always have to tell nail techs to get under the nail but not her she was very nice and gentle. And her nails were really pretty. The shop was extremely clean and quite. I saw nail equip being sanitized there was also hand sanitizer at the stations it wasn’t crowded did not smell of chemicals and the seat was very comfortable. Thank you so much for your service. I’ll be back again , and again

I would love to give this place a big fat 0. It's only set up to rate it no less than one. Technically I am giving it no stars. First and foremost, the outer appearance is so DIRTY..especially the windows. We went inside and the owner..Mr. AH. at the desk was very rude to my friend and I. He told us it would be a 30 min. wait. My friend decided we were not going to give him our business with his nasty and unprofessional attitude. We left. I had to go back in to let him know that he was rude to us and his behavior was unacceptable. He ask me to leave..which I had no problem doing so. I told him he would never get my business ever. Besides, this establishment is so antiquated..and needs to be remodeled. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and relaxing environment this is NOT the place to go. After all, the old saying goes..you get what you pay for. You've been warned.

Hours are accommodation , otherwise, they should take courses in English. My service person rushed me, there e as no music nor no TV and my expertence was horrible, therefore I will not be back.

No just no. I usually don’t have write reviews but ig I am.. I had to wait a hour long just for my nails to be and thick cubby. They overbook appointments so you have to sit. The owner is very nasty to customers I took my card from her and she yelled I hit her. Good thing the place was packed and everyone saw she was lying. Stay away from this establishment. Poor customer serviceService: Pedicures
