This has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had with U.S. Bank. I had a transfer that was to be done and it took almost a month to be resolved and I ended up having to cancel the wire altogether anyway. Lisa Givan was the representative helping me and instead of being honest about not understanding what she was doing at the moment and getting additional help I was constantly met with issues and lies. Do not go to this branch if you need any services regarding wire transfers, they do not know what they are doing over here.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen I was the only one in there and the lady behind the counter was like give me a moment while she was talking & laughing with the manager 10 min , take ur money somewhere better than this bad location

Terrible customer services the representative lack training. They don’t return calls they ran my credit and never followed through they are completely unprofessional. The branch manager is the same don’t return called. I will file a complaint regarding them running my credit. They should close down if the staff don’t want to work.

On November 8th I visited the branch on 183rd and Kedzie, I had several errands and was somewhat anxious... The entire staff was attentive, engaging, friendly and very, very proficient!!! My wonderful experience began as I entered and I was greeted by a very kind and well groomed gentleman security who welcomed and complimented me on my attire (how thoughtful and attentive), I was serviced by Lisa Givens, who she and her staff were doing double duty with the 'Drive thru' and window, and may I add Superbly!!! Lisa and Frances Thomas maintained a delightful professional disposition as they cared for the customer line(s). I left feeling relaxed and in a better frame of mind. Such service must be acknowledged - Thanks US Bank for hiring a Great Group of People :)

July, 2021 I was on a business trip in Michigan and had to send a wire transfer to another bank....long drive to get to my nearest US Bank branch.The manager was able to schedule my appointment on short notice. I was out of town and didn't pre-arrange an appointment.After reading the other reviews, I know bank branches deal with the general public. That's no easy task these days. I found the staff professional and courteous. I'd like to think I was, also.I'm very grateful I was able conduct my banking needs at this branch.Thank you! :-)

The staff is sweet but they are SO SLOW. Why did it take me 15-20 minutes just to withdraw money from the drive through??? Maybe they need to hire more tellers.

The bankers and tellers ate top notch and very patient with seniors conducting business through the drive-thru during these trying pandemic times. I am grateful and appreciate their assistance, concern and all around awesome attitude. ???

The manager at this bank is one of the most incompetent person I have ever talked to in my life. You're better off speaking to a wall. Please please please don't invest a penny into this trash establishment

SOOOO.. I go to the bank on 183rd kedzie in flossmoor illinois around 3pm and the lady at the desk tells me she needs 2 forms of proof that shows your address to open an account. I give her ID. She wants a second form of proof. I had my DL and insurance card. She tells me she needs a current one. I give her my DL and she tells me NO I need proof of address. ITS A DAMN DL! She wouldn't take a driver's license but a piece of paper with no patent or seal, and easily can be forged or counterfeit? I went to TCF with my suitcase and opened an account. I am all for hiring special needs adults but I don't think they should be running your bank.....
