“KLUGER FURS
We have been to many fur stores, but our experience at KLUGER Furs far out does them all. Just entering the store was a mind blowing experience.
Caroline Kennedy was the Sales Person Extraordinaire! Her service was the most professional. We were not exactly sure of what we wanted. She was very patient with us. We did not feel rushed. She made us feel like we were a part of her family.
Mr. KLUGER, as busy as he were, took time out to make us feel extra special. He personally did the measurements to insure that coats would be a perfect fit.
In the end we purchased three different coats. We were given a price that was unbeatable!
We will make sure to tell our friends and family about this store. The entire state of Illinois needs to know about KLUGER FURS! They are a true diamond in the ruff.

“This local store is amazing!From the clothes items you won't find elsewhere to the dips and seasoning for snacks.Then I found all the way in back the Koi fish,ponds,and all the supplies for it as well!!!”
“I have always loved this place & have been going there for many years! I will always be a loyal shopper! The deals are amazing and it's for a proven good cause. You can go in at 50% deal days, and save ton! It's a bit pricier than some of the junkier thrift store but it's much better quality items/high end. Ironically, some of the negative posts below reminded me that I haven't been there in a while and I should get their ASAP. It did the exact opposite of what these people were trying to achieve lol! Right before they close, they do warn people. These people are not paid, they volunteer their time! They work from the goodness of their hearts. Everyone there is friendly to me. That lady that might have been disrespectful in that other person's comment could have been someone that was abused herself perhaps, just guessing. I've always seen friendliness there but in the past people have been disrespectful and lingering around there after hours, so keep in mind these are unpaid volunteers. Also some of the people that were upset about the High-priced items.. well just go on the 50% off days. Or don't go at all and leave all the good stuff for us, lol. I bought this awesome Guess dress, Paris perfume, and bracelet pictured below, very affordably. Brand new Victoria Secrets panties with the jewels on the sides & bras for practical nothing ($4 brand new w/tags) You can't get that at other thrift stores. I know my purchases are going to abused women and children for resources such as shelter and counseling . I'm very proud to support this in the community and I'll keep promoting it. There were a lot of people in there today. I will also continue to donate my clothes too. I love to shop there, and highly recommend!”

The CNT team had me send them back and consistently communicated with me about how they could best adjust them to my liking. They returned them to me really quickly with my overalls adjusted just as I requested and now they look absolutely amazing on. I love them so much and can’t wait to wear them out! ???”
