I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice

Same thing every time with this post office and their post office carriers. They say they attempt to drop off my package and my house is not accessible however I have no gate or not barrier blocking from the street to my front door. They don’t ring the door bell, nor does my door capture them attempting to drop off my package. It is like they expect you to be standing by your mailbox all day waiting for them. On top, I am for sure this mail person has stolen my mail on several occasions. A credit card that was never in my hand, stated they didn’t deliver it but then charges are putting put on this new card. Also then they attempted to steal my debit card but I reported it and then 10 minutes after the mail person turning around and putting it in my mailbox
Update so she was now able to access my yard as you can see which has always been accessible and stands there for 1 minutes as if that is enough time for someone to get the door. We are disabled veterans in our home. If I could I would never have anything sent by usps because then I wouldn’t have to deal with lazy mfs.

Called several times where the phone rang and rang. Finally when they answered, they said my package was not there after I told them the shipper said it was not deliverable because they couldn’t find my address. If they couldn’t find the address then how do they know the package isn’t there. Was told to call Tri City post office where again the phone rings in excess of 10 mins. The 800 number said they marked it for redelivery and that Homewood should have checked with the carrier. guessing I will never see this package

Homewood is suppose to close at 6pm. I got there at 5:42pm after work and checked my PO Box. When I went to the door to check on a package, they'd locked the doors at 5:44. I asked to pick up my one package, counter person said no. They should remain open until they're closed.

They don’t answer phone calls . My package that I waited on 2 month to get from the auto dealership was picked up by usps since November 22 and until this day it hasn’t been scanned in .. I have been calling almost every day and no one answer . I started a claim with usps support and they can’t get me any info saying they don’t have the package . Where did it disappear to ? The vehicle has been sitting for over 2 months now .. no one cares when its Someone else’s job on the line. Homewood IL is the location of the package . Someone needs to figure this out and call me back .

Literally if I could give 0 stars I would! The lady with the glasses that is always there is the rudest woman I've ever met. Every single time I've had to go in there she has always been rude. Been there twice the past 2 days and it's been closed. Yesterday was Columbus Day so I get that, but today I was in and there and there is a sticky note on the door saying closed until 4.... Meanwhile she's checking someone out so I just see if the door is open and she yells " i am closed you will not be helped until 4" YOU DO NOT have to be a rude person and work your hours other people have jobs as well!! Seriously if you don't want to be nice to people don't have a job and a federal job at that. But thankfully the mountain Brook post office is Atleast polite and was very helpful.

I'm trying to figure out how this particular facility remains open. They NEVER open on time. It 9:30am and they still have the doors locked. You can only use yr card. The customer service is HORRIBLE. This facility serves no purpose other than to irritate and frustrate potential customers.

I have had decent luck at the actual facility on Ridge. My problem is anytime my regular mail lady (who is AWESOME) goes on vacation, we just don’t get ANY mail. She’s off a week? We don’t get mail for a week. I cannot afford to not get my bills and/or checks for a week. Hire enough people to do your freaking job! I used to rave about the USPS. How did things get this bad???
