I waited over 2 hours for a simple Oil Change at this location. At the 2 hour mark my patience ran out, so I went to speak with the associate Kevin to ask for an update. Kevin acted as if I had the nerve to inquire about my own vehicle and dismissively told me to “be patient” and that my car is almost finished.
I honestly regret not speaking directly to a manager after Kevin behaved so rudely, but I was now running late for my next appointment, because I mean really, who expects to wait over 2 hours for an oil change?! SMH. This dealership is closest to me, but after this poor experience, I’m considering changing locations.

My Sales Rep Samuel Bailey was amazing. He was so very patient with me and answered every question that I had. To give him a 10 is not enough he deserves 110 or more. Ford of Homewood is very lucky to have him. Barb Harvey is amazing too! She was very pleasant and I enjoyed talking to her. She explained everything that I was signing and I was very comfortable talking with her. Ford is lucky to have Barb. I will be referring people to Ford of Homewood.
