From the very start, I received the utmost attention from EVERYONE at the dealership. I inquired about a used F-150 that they had just listed on the website. I was able to speak with Jared on the phone about the truck, but they were still getting it ready for sale. He had me work with Kyle, who was so laid back and easy to work with. I got to go on Saturday morning and actually see the truck, even though it still wasn't ready. Not a problem, I knew this and had no problem with it. Once we started talking dollars, I was able to work with Jeff. Not only did he have a great attitude, he was willing to work with me. Prior to all this starting, I was just waiting around the dealership, and this lady comes up to me and starts talking. I am wondering who she is, but she is so incredibly nice. Come to find out, this is Barb and she is in Finance. When I went to Barb's office to complete the paperwork, I have to tell everyone, she is an absolute pleasure. I spent far too long in her office, but it was not her fault, it was mine. I felt like I was sitting with a long-time friend and we were just catching up. No pressure to do something here you don't want to, and treated like a family member right from the start. After the deal was complete, I thought I would not get my truck until Monday or Tuesday, it was Saturday after all. When everything was complete, there was my truck, all cleaned, washed and detailed, inside and out. It looked fantastic!!! I did not have a way to get the truck back home, and Kyle jumped into action and drove the truck home for me! I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this dealership REALLY knows how to treat the customers that come in. You are greeted by everyone, no matter who you are working with. I will most definitely go back here again when it is time to purchase another vehicle. I recommend if you are in the market, please give Ford of Homewood an opportunity to work with you, I do not believe you will be disappointed! Thanks again to everyone for making the purchase such a joy on Saturday! I look forward to seeing you all again!!!

My car has been having issues this year, and Ford of Homewood has been very helpful with my last minute needs. They make sure to keep me informed of the process, and go above and beyond to make sure I'm safe to get back on the road. The salesmen I've interacted with are fun and comfortable to be around with no pressure! Can't recommend enough

Called about a vehicle they had online and inquired about my trade in. They were unsure they could offer me the same amount for my trade that 3 other dealerships offered me. Then they tell me Broncos are going for 10k above msrp and they will sell me the one I want for 64k when it's on their website for 59k. Naturally I declined. They call me back and say they will give me my trade amount and sell it for the price on their website. Insisted on running my credit even though I was using my own bank because they couldn't beat the rate. Then they call me saying they can only do it if I can come today. I live 2 hours away and have to work in the evening but could be there when they open tomorrow. Nope.The manager is only there today and apparently incapable of communicating a deal he's made with an employee. They were supposedly working on a bill of sale then for me. Based upon my impression they couldn't change the deal after I got there so they went back on their word. Moral of the story if you like people to waste your time and play games give them your business. They are everything I hate about trying to buy a vehicle.

Me and family have been going to this dealership, haven't been there for a while but we had the best time. There's a young guy named Bruce and he sold several cars to family and friends and me too. Thanks Bruce. Met Shayan a great sales consultant and Kyle who is well versed in Ford. Shayan & Kyle went over the new Mustang and tried to get this Boomer on a test drive. Now the reason we went there was a problem with our key fobs and the service staff helped us and got the fob working. Thanks to all and this Dealership has a great staff!

Brad was AMAZING! From the initial phone call to set my appointment, to the wait while my car was cleaned. He was professional, personable and made those hours waiting breeze by. Brad also considered all of my needs in a vehicle and made sure we found something to meet all of them. Everyone at Homewood Ford was accommodating and super friendly.

Scheduled a service at Ford of Homewood at 8:45 a.m. for service engine light. However, after three hours without update I had to inquire about my vehicle status directly from a mechanic since, service desk members refused to acknowledge our presence. At 12:17 (As seen in photo above) I requested that my vehicle be returned to me, at which point a service member claimed they had no knowledge of whereabouts of keys to the vehicle. Stating that the mechanic responsible for servicing my vehicle went on lunch and that it was out of his control/responsibility. Ultimately, after 4-Hours, I received awful service and billed for diagnostic despite not having the vehicle issue resolved.Highly Recommend finding a different dealership where your time is valued as a customer!

I was in the market for the best vehicle to tow my trailer and decided to look at the F-150. The rep that introduced himself when I visited on a Friday late afternoon was Shy Sheikh. Shy was very attentive and very laid back leading to a low-pressure sales experience, which I appreciated greatly. Between him and Jeff (the sales manager?), they got the job done. (Jeff, thank you for letting me see if this behemoth of a vehicle fitted in my little garage, this is really what got the sale.) Other than wishing that I had asked for the various coverages ahead of time (extended warranties, etc.) to review, it was about a perfect experience as one could hope for. The trade-in was right in line with my expectations as was the ultimate out-the-door price.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I would never recommend this business. I feel like they are holding my car hostage and provide me with NO information. They do not care about me as a customer nor do they care about my time.

I would beware using the repair shop here. I brought my car in August 2022. I was told I just needed a battery and some shocks. I authorized the repair. Got my car back and had the same issue 1 day later. Had it towed back and asked if it might be the TCM issue that was going around. They confirmed it was and ordered the part. Received my car back April 2023 due to factory back orders of this part. Fully understandable I sell parts myself and know about lead times. Went to pick it up and it had to be jump started. Got it home and had the same issue again the same day. Had it towed back. Was told it was the battery they replaced in August of 22. It was covered by Ford and replaced. 1 month later same issue. Brought it back and now I can't get anyone to tell me what is going on. My phone calls have been dodged and messages not returned. This is most likely the kind of service you will receive from this dealership. Also of note my car was originally purchased here.I stopped by in anticipation of your reply. I was told I would receive a call later that day. Guess what? No one called.

Service went downhill once they changed ownership. Better off taking your car to a street mechanic then coming here. Brought my car here multiple times for service and its always a problem on there end.
