Women staff are very helpful to help you pay bills in a quick manner. Came in during lunch hours and was still helped by a young lady on her lunch break. 🤩 she deserves a raise for handeling my customer service issue because i know how busy it gets up north 👏⌚️👍😎

Went into the Homewood Verizon store last week to upgrade my Zflip4 to a S25 Ultra and had the pleasure of working with Samara at the front who was an absolute joy to do business with. All the employees of this location are very knowledgeable and work well together as a team. Samara was so keen and honest she looked over my account and saw I had been paying for services I was not using and saved me money moving forward! As long as I am in this area I will always go to this Verizon location and recommend anyone else to do the same.
