This pharmacy needs to do much better. They are consistently slow due to them being unorganized. There is no reason you call and say the prescription is ready but when the customer arrives you're searching through bins to find it when you already have long lines. Why not get organized so that you can get and keep the lines down.

Like others before me have said. The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I stayed on hold for 30 min only for them to pick up and ask me to hold for another 20 min. After a while on hold the phone automatically rings and I let it ring until they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

This is a review of the pharmacy. I have tried to avoid going to this one for medications as often as possible. I went in today and the woman was so cold and dismissive. I asked a simple question and she acted like I was putting her out. She has a terrible attitude. Imagine being sick and being treated by someone who looks like they hate their job.
The people who work the floor and cashier are outstanding! Lovely! We go to the store part weekly and I have enjoyed every person we have been helped by. I hate to leave a review on the pharmacy but something needs to be adjusted.

Pharmacy staff I’m not sure what’s going on but I waited over 40 minutes for someone to do a simple transfer over the phone I kept getting picked up then put back on hold for 40 minutes and that’s 1 call I made 3 separate calls unfortunately within that 1 hour to just try to simplify not having to come into the store

This pharmacy is horrible you stay on hold and then when it rings ill assume and they get tired of hearing it ring THEY PICK UP AND HANG UP. Happened to me multiple times.called from multiple phones being told its 3 calls on the line all 3 being me with no answer. And this after I was on hold 20 min and being hung up on

The unreal lack of care, terrible customer service, and the employees that I am not sure if they hate customers, or their jobs, or perhaps both. I would suggest that employees, especially pharmacy staff, wear badges saying " I don't care about you or whatever sickness you got". Wish I could put zero stars. I'll definitely never go back there.

I personally witnessed the inept pharmacy person give my dad's prescription to the wrong person. That person could have died! I notified them in the store and wrote to their headquarters. No one did a thing. Walgreens is a horrible, irresponsible company and you cannot trust their pharmacists.

TERRIBLE! VERY INEFFICIENT! TIME WASTED TO GET A COVID BOOSTER OVER 1 HOUR, AFTER ARRIVING 15 MIN EARLY!
NOT INFORMED OF THIS WAIT. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
OTHER VACCINE SITES, IN AN OUT IN MINUTES!!
ONLY CAME HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE TO HOME. NEVER AGAIN!
THEY JUST MAKE YOU WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE FINISHED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS.
TERRIBLE!
I WILL NOT USE WALFREENS FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!

Pharmacy telling incorrect information/just plain lying:
Signed up for the rapid NAAT COVID test for my son, which bills itself as having results in about 2 hours in all of the information on the app. Bring him in for a 10:00 appointment this morning, and the guy who takes our test also says results will be available via email in about 2 hours. After three hours I call to see if there is any way they can check on the status of his test. After looking him up, I am told that the results will be available in “1-24 hours.” I respond that that is different than what both their literature and a person who is most likely still in the building just told me. “Nope. 1-24 hours.” No apology for or concern that customers are being told something that is apparently not true.
Look, if two hours is not an accurate window of time to get results, fine, I understand , just BE UPFRONT AND HONEST AND TELL ME THAT. If the fact that it is Sunday delays the “normal” 2 hours window, that is also more than understandable, but again, JUST SAY SO, before I assume what I am told to be true and plan accordingly. As I alluded to above, I would at least hope that there would be some degree of concern that literature and employees are telling customers things that are not true, but this did not seem to be the case.
We’ve had our prescriptions at this store since we moved here 18 years ago, but this combined with our own versions of many of the other complaints listed by others here really have us considering moving them across the street to Osco.

We waited over 45 minutes for sub par food
