I placed an order for groceries for May 8, 2022 delivery at 1pm-2pm got a text stating it was going to be delayed but the App states it was on the way. I did not get any text messages or emails that they couldn’t get a driver to deliver my groceries. When this happens they need to stay contact with the customer especially when it’s groceries involve and give them options to either come and pickup or reschedule it for early the next day or just cancel it. It’s really inconvenience when customers ordering groceries needs to be a too priority especially when they have to feed their families. Also customer service and myself have tried calling the store several times and no one is there to pickup the calls I understand about being short staff but come on all departments not answering calls. So inconvenience wasting my time and energy on requesting groceries and also having your associates shopping for my groceries to prepare for delivery but it never got delivered.

This was experience was horrible I am never coming back and that's a fact. The customer service was so rude and was using inappropriate terms/language with me that I did not like. I would like to speak with the manager and tell you the certain workers names please and Thankyou.

Where do I start? Well first, the shelves are wiped out. There's nothing to buy. Secondly, social distancing is horrible. Too many crowds. Won't be going back there EVER again.

Walmart has greatly disappointed me this holiday season, and the holiday season sucks already. We found ourselves standing in the electronics line for 30 minutes trying to get answers on whether or not they had a PS5 in stock. The amount of employees who all had something different to say was ridiculous. The first says they don't carry them in store at all the second says they haven't been unloaded yet, but they were there and to come back in the morning. The third also said that they wouldn't be available until morning, and the fourth said they MIGHT be available in the morning. But what is prompting me to leave this bad review is the fact that management decided to CALL THE POLICE on over a dozen people waiting in line trying to get answers. No one was being rowdy, maybe a bit snarky and sarcastic, but not antagonistic. For the most part everyone was standing around quietly waiting. At least six or seven officers (plus walmart security) standing on the sideline looking just as confused as us. The officer in charge was very fair trying to explain the situation, but the management lied even to him. First he told us they informed him there was none, then after none of us moved he came back and said, "They told me that they haven't got the shipment yet and to come back in the morning when they would have them." Ok, that contradicts the employees who told me that they just weren't on the floor yet. The staff also refused to scan our barcodes which would have indicated whether they were lying or not. I understand those third party apps can be finicky, but they were giving us so many different stories that we didn't know who to believe. Just a straight answer (preferrably without wasting the Homewood PDs time) would have been lovely, but this Walmart just lives for the sloppy, disorganized BS... just like always. Part of this is admittedly on Sony's shoulders for their poor launch, but at the end of the day I'm not dealing directly with them, I'm dealing with Walmart. I used to work for Walmart. What probably happened was that they either hadn't unloaded the truck till the night crew got there, or that they had unloaded the truck but were waiting till morning to sell in attempt to control the crowd. I'm trying not to be cynical, but I also wouldn't be surprised if employees had taken the boxes to their respective departments in the backroom to purchase once they got off their shifts. The first customer service employee lied through his teeth which is never fun, and the others were more forthcoming but not organized in the least. However I do believe the last gave me the most realistic and truthful answer, it's just a shame I had to go through so many to get there. At the end of the day it is Walmart so what can you expect? They should change their slogan from save money, live better to waste money, waste time. EDIT: Well I went through the trouble of "coming back in the morning" at 6AM a full hour before they open to wait outside in the cold for an employee and security guard to come out half an hour later and tell us all the PS5s were all sold last night... you know, after we all had left. The guard explained that the employees sold them to their friends! The dishonesty of this store is honestly astounding. Almost impressive, mostly infuriating. Walmart, get your shit together.

Don't do any big shopping in this Walmart because you will be disappointed! Some of the employees look and act like a bunch of teenagers that just stand around and talk about people. The freezer isles are barely filled with anything good or worth buying. Also, people will try to cut you in the self check out lines.

The only reason this Walmart gets 5 stars is because of a worker named, Cy. He was a friendly older man and helped my family and I out. We were purchasing a swing set but didn't see any of them in boxes to purchase. Nobody else seemed interested to help us until we found, Cy. So Cy went out of his way to look and found one opened box that he brought back for us on a big cart by himself and told us that the manager gave us 10% off of it since it was open box. He helped us for a good hour, from helping us find the swing, to getting a manager, to checking out with us and putting it in the car. Nobody else was willing to help when we were looking for the help, until this man came. This Walmart is lucky to have him, and he deserves a raise! Thanks, Cy!

Be very careful if you decide to purchase a HDTV at this location. After purchasing an 43 inch Samsung and unpacking this TV at home, I found that the legs were missing. I continued to dig around the box for a while and was ultimately unsuccessful. However, I did notice that the TV itself seemed used. As there was a chip on the screen with numerous fingerprints. I decided to return the TV immediately and I'm glad I did so. After explaining to the customer service rep what I found, she advised me to grab a new one so we can make the exchange. When I returned to the service counter, the rep examined the TV and found that the serial number wasn't the same as found on the box. It immediately occurred to me what happened. Apparently this was a inside job and I was gonna get blamed for it. Waiting patiently for an answer, I was told that they can't exchange the item. I was extremely upset, explaining that the item was purchased only 2 hours earlier! What sense would it make to me to ask for an exchange if I was up to no good? Who happens to have a house full of old 43 inch TV'S to swap randomly? Interesting enough, the item was totally wrapped and had a security device on it when I initially purchased it. Long story short, after consulting with the manager they were "allowed this time" to make the exchange. No apology. Reluctant concern with a great deal of indifference. It was like they were doing me a favor, not the right thing as if I was the criminal. This is serious business that should be investigated and not taking likely. It was an awful experience and I hope this doesn't happen to any other customers in the future. So my advice is to BEWARE.

The Waltons open these giant cesspool stores in a neighborhood, almost guaranteeing the demise of every Mom n Pop shop around, then they sit back on their piles of money laughing & laughing while we all wait in line, trying to save $1.00. This Walmart sucks. Horrible lazy employees & customer service......I was in here for 1/2 an hour & watched 2 bakery ladies leaning on a bakery cart, talking with each other the entire time. Bakery cases half empty. Produce bins half empty. There was ONE spot in the entire produce area that had the plastic bags......every other spool sat empty. Half empty freezer cases and shelves. Stock carts blocking the aisles and the shelves. 2 registers open with about 5-6 people in each line. Why do I shop here? I do not choose to, my elderly aunt chooses to n I escort her. Otherwise I wouldn't step foot in this place.

This Walmart is utter trash. I use to work here. The staff are absent minded and lazy. I ask is there a hiring manager available to speak WORD FOR WORD they say, "Uh... I don't know..." and then there's just silence. I simply hang up in their face. The customer service is trash and all the male co workers do is try to take one of the female co-workers home every night. Half the co workers there are in relationships. The day that I left (quit) the staff (Mainly CSM) showed actual EXCITEMENT that I was leaving. I was gon for a 15 minute breaks for 15 minutes and I get points because they claim I'm gone for 30. All in all, this Walmart, you're better off wasting extra fuel to travel to another one because this one isn't it.

Just left my item and walked out. I was in express line and the cashier had an issue with an order and hit the light. The person she needed was in the customer service area so we waited. Everyone was patient for about 5 minutes. After a few more minutes I asked the cashier who she was waiting on and she pointed out the person who had no sense of urgency. She didn't even acknowledge the cashier whose station was directly across from customer service. Just a 'I'll be there shortly' or 'is there someone else that can help you?' So I told the cashier that I'll go over there ( with my 1 item) and let her know. I walk over & she is assisting another cashier and says 'May I help you?' I told her that the cashier needed her and we have been waiting a long time. Then she responds with 'I'll be there in a minute.' No 'I apologize, I'm sorry or we're short staffed just 'I'll be there in a minute.' So this is the new normal for customer service?!!? Anyway I walk back & people in line were asking 'what did she say' so I told them and of course they were like 'that's it.' I waited another 2 minutes and left. Good thing Target is across the street, I pay the extra .50 to get in & out.

This is not a walmart that has the quality of service I am used to and experience from other WalMart's around the country. Every time I visit it. They do have prices that still don't hurt the budget. But, as for customer service. They are a 2 out of 10. I work for a school. If I buy for the school. I get a tax exempt form from the school and US-IRS. I went to the "Customer Service manager" She refused to write up a store form. Saying that, "the Legal form I got from the IRS is fake!" I told the School account that the Wal-Mart said it was fake!! She,said use target for now On! Today, I went in and they were advertising in store Fake flowers for .97 a bouquet. It rang up for $5.00 each. I told the cashier it was on sale.. she told me "No they are not" I asked for a manager. She looked at me. And whispered " I need a manager." I asked her if she was mocking me!? She looked at another cashier and laughed under her breather! I am no longer using any Wal-Mart. I am now going to Target or Meijer!

I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. I do! Reason being, they do have great prices on toiletries and other things, but they have closed all the smaller Walmart stores and made them into SUPER WALMARTS! You dang near have to have skates on to get to the other end of the place. Its bananas!!! Lol it's so freaking huge and for wha!!? Lol #IsItReallyThatSuper ? Lol So, you can purchase things for your home, car, animals, EVERYTHING!! But where they lack, is their produce section is str8 trash! Old or aging veggies, picked over things that should be trashed. I get it. It's a huge place. They are convenient. You can get lots of everything under one roof. One stop shop. But honestly, they have done so much, it lacks. Each visit, you never know what to expect in the produce section. NEVER! You damn near have to call ahead to see if KALE is an item they have that day, or onion, or cilantro. I mean geesh!!! I dont want to go to 7 different stores to get what I need if Walmart has its customers to believe they have what's needed at this "SUPERSTORE". NAHHHH... MEGA HIT OR MISS. HOWEVER! On this trip I gave 4 stars because what I needed this time around was there. Lol Gain laundry detergent. Lol I picked up a few more cleaning products and I was out of there!!! It's one extreme to the next- you go in with the idea or mindset to get ONE OR TWO THINGS. 100plus dollars later, your leaving out the store thinking "...what the hell happened!!??!..." lol Good ole Walmart. *shrug*
