Worst managed Xfinity store in Chicagoland. No employee was there processing returns today. They had 10 people sitting there waiting and the manager was MIA.

For customer service, I was greeted at the door with a smile. The gentleman who helped me was nice, and it was a in and out deal. Went about 12:50pm 12/16

I’m at the Xfinity store in Homewood and was impressed with the quality of service. Kayla was wonderful and the entire staff was very nice. I highly recommend using Xfinity.

Was given the wrong streaming box by the Tinley Park Xfinity store. I came in 10 minutes before closing to the Homewood Xfinity location and Leah was more than happy to assist me. She was quick and got me in and out. I really appreciated that she had a smile on her face as well. I couldn't figure out where to do the particular survey. There was nothing listed on my receipt so I ran Right to Google reviews just to leave this young lady an awesome review. You guys are lucky to have her on your team!

💥BUYER BEWARE💥 Representives(Jamal) will sell you service under false pretenses. Tell you one thing then develop a personal relationship with you while trying to get you to not read the fine print. Then months down the line your bill doubles and when you go in to complain they say didn't you read the fine print. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! Closed my account and took my business elsewhere. Please OWNER don't send me a link JUST RETRAIN YOUR Customer Service representatives and DO BETTER!!!! IT STARTS WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been with Comcast xfinity since 1989 and there are No pervs or benefits to being a king standing customer🚩🚩🚩also when calling, it won’t let you talk with a human, it’s an answering service that disconnects without ever helping you🚩I see no need to continue this relation as there is no benefit for me!

Terribly slow!! You have to wait over an hour to drop equipment off. It has to be a better system than what they have. Why would you have to wait over an hour to drop off equipment. I'm never using their service again. This is a deterant to make you keep it and be charged! Because why wouldn't you have a way to just drop off equipment! Over priced and poor customer service
