This Review Has Nothing To Do With Their Service I Just Wanted To Note That One Their Xfinity Drivers Is Out Here Driving Very Reckless, Tailgating People Nd Driving Way Ovee Speed Limit While It Is Raining Outside putting their self an everyone else on the road in danger. Whoever was driving the truck with a license # plate of 43-010. Check ya drivers an tell them to drive more care before you have a lawsuit coming. Please an thanks . I started to follow this person to where ever they were going but they were driving extremely too fast. Do Better Xfinity!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible customer service. The company has pushed their customers online to handle issues but still charging outrageous prices only to talk to robots and foreigners on the phone. Good luck reaching a love representative. Their employees aren't trained well because no one ever knows how to troubleshoot shoot or problem solve. My bill has steadily increased over this past year and no one can give me an explanation as to why. I can't wait to ditch this company next year and be done with them. Absolute crooks!

Has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had only had my phone for a week and you managed to mess it up I’ve been getting the run around since THURSDAY!!! This makes no sense something needs to be done about this a waste of my time and money I want to file a complaint I’ll be up there tomorrow and you better be able to fix this or it won’t be nice I’m pissed ???

went into this location to return equipment. they told me i had to wait an hour just to return equipment. Mind you i no longer have an account with this company so why should i have to wait an hour to return your equipment and if i don't return it i'm going to be charge for it. a circus show

They automated phone service sucks . You have to go through a storm just to get to the actual person, change this asap. And then when you go in some of the stores they have attitudes like you did something to them. Not happy at all

Horrible horrible customer service. I just wanted to return my modem and I walked in and stood there for 10 minutes. Nobody approached me and asked if they could help me. I finally asked a lady walking by if I needed to check in or something and she waved me in the direction of one of the associates at the front computer. I asked her if I needed to check in she said I could have a scene she'd be with me in a minute. In the meantime 2 people walked in behind me. The young associate at a computer on the left hand side asked if he could help them I energeted that I had been waiting 10 minutes and I just wanted to return stuff. I get the whole concept of them trying to be set up like an apple store where they approach you to ask if they can help you but nobody even acknowledged me so I didn't know where to go or what to do and all I had to do was drop something off. I went to this one because it's on my way home from work, But I will never go to that one again.

So I switched to xfinty mobile from T-Mobile and it was extremely cheaper so I was okay with that fast forward I wasn't getting the best service calls would drop or I wouldn't even get calls while my phone is in my hand. Next I moved and where I moved already had internet that was paid for so I told them to cancel my internet and they did but they told me my bill will be high now Because I don't have the internet I need the internet. So now bill was back to the same amount that I was paying at t mobile . Then I was having some trouble with my phone so I went to try to upgrade and they told me I couldn't finance the phone I had to buy it straight out . Everytime I would go to the location the wait was outrageous and rude service. The last straw for me was I tried to add more people to my plan to make it cheaper they wouldn't let me because I didn't have the capacity tried to add my lines to someone else plan same thing I couldn't . You never get a American person when you called customer service . I switched to Verizon xfinty was to much of a headache . When you call they tell you that you have to go into a location to fix your issue when you go they tell you that you can use the app or they don't have the answer or they have to call customer service and you are waiting even longer . Yesterday I went to get my pin number of course the lady tells me to use the app I told her I was told to come in she then tried to get my pin and couldn't and walked away so I thought she was going to get help no just went to start helping someone else then when I went back to her she was like I can't do anything it's not working call 611 . When I started to raise my voice then all of sudden it was working and she gave it to me. I'm so glad to be done with them and there terrible service.

AWFUL back and forth for things that should have been fixed the first time. Nobody knows what to do and asking coworkers for help. I hate coming but they could not handle it over the phone. And good luck talking to a person on the phone to begin with

I did not mean to give one star. This is the most horrible story I've ever been into. I've had the worst customer service experience here from the manager to the employees. I do not know Comcast less than a stay in business and employee literally told me. I am not important she gets paid either way

This complaint isn’t about this particular store it’s just about the company in general.How hard is it to transfer a balance and address to a new account? Truly some of the most frustrating people to work with. I was assured 5+ times over the course of a month that my issue would be taken care of…sadly it wasn’t and I just completely cancelled the plan. I’m owed a refund still….guess we will see how that works out…WORST COMPANY EVER!!

Went in with my in-laws to get a few phones set up. The girl who "helped" us was really rude to us the entire time we were there. She kept making jokes that none of us found funny and she also made a few under her breath comments. We really wanted leave but she had our phones and there was nothing we could do about it. She also kept getting up and helping other people. What kind of place is this? She was helping at least three other people besides us. She would start doing something with one of our phones and then run into the back to get a phone for someone else. She was not the only employee in the store so I don't know why she was doing this. If I ever have a problem with anything from this company, I will be going to another store where they will, hopefully, treat me better than this store treated us.Update (1/5/2022) why are there employees standing around doing nothing while people wait. All I need to do is return my equipment. I shouldn't have to wait an hour plus. This place is terrible. Steer clear.
