I would say Nussbaum transportation is a very fair company to drive for. The Company is owned by us, the employees. Because it is owned by us it doesn't matter if you drive a truck, are in operations, maintenance or administration, we all work together for a greater purpose and treat each other with respect.The pay is very good and includes minimum guarantee pay, door to door not zip to zip miles pay, detention pay, layover/breakdown pay, pick up pay, delivery pay, trailer relay pay, trailer shuttle pay, and bonus pay.Getting home weekly is important to me and my family. Operations knows it is important and does everything in their power to get me home. You can of course stay out on the road as long as you like.Without getting too detailed we have an Employee Stock Option Plan, 401k with match, full coverage health insurance including health, dental, and vision plans. paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, and more.I believe in my heart there is not a better company to drive with.

Very professional driver u guys have. Driving 63mph the whole time but speed up to 68 to not letting other truck to pass him just to prove he’s an axxhole? Not once or twice but for over 40 minutes he’s doing it for fun huh ? On I 80 west near annawan pls have ur driver check see if he got any mental health issues that’s just pure stupid move and could possibly starting a road rage and end up to be a unnecessary accident

This is a great company to work for they are a well run organization that actually cares about the people and drivers they hire (imagine that a trucking company that actually cares about it’s truck drivers) they treat you like family here Nussbaum has really good pay, great benefits and good miles and they get you home time when you need it the trucks are clean run smooth and well maintained the mechanics here are really good at their job I’m very proud to be apart of Nussbaum I just wish I had made the transition sooner

Been with this company for 1 month as of September 23 and my expectations have been far exceeded. Great team to drive for. They care about their drivers and offer many ways for advancement on your career. Give plenty of time for deliveries too so all the stress of driving as fast as possible is gone.

I left in 2022 and regret it everyday. The grass is not always greener on the other side. Take it from me, this is best company you’ll ever work for. Sure you can make more money elsewhere, but I’ve learned money doesn’t buy happiness. I still consider Nussbaum a home and still wear their gear still to this day.

Was! and still is a good company I just left because delicate family matters and I really let them know about my situation and I had to look for a quick solutions and at the end they didn't get this seriously because when I applied for other companies I have negative remark (left without notice) from Nussbaum. Other than that, the people's there are very friendly and family atmosphere. They really take good care of their equipments and great facility as well. God keep blessing the Nussbaum family and I really recommend this company.
