It is a pleasure to comment on my experience with Crash Champions and their excellent treatment when servicing my car. Their approach to fulfilling their commitment to restoring my Cooper after being involved in an accident is second to none. While there were delays obtaining specific parts,
their attitude and followup were handled professionally and timely. Tiffany, as well as their entire crew were exceptional and performed excellent service on my vehicle. A JOB WELL DONE!

CC did an amazing job from start to finish! Absolutely 5 stars. Their ability to keep me informed was stellar. Tiffany was awesome letting me know where they were at. There were a couple delays but those were insurance related. My car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Another recent reviewer said he doesn't believe they could have such a high service rating. They have it because that is what they do. Great work. Sometimes people just don't have realistic expectations. Based on his bad review there was nothing anyone could do to make him happy. Keep up the great work CC. I hope I never need to come back but if I do ever need bodywork I am coming back. Thank you again to everyone at CC.

Sometimes you shouldn't believe in such good reviews. I took my car here because one it was they deal a lot with my insurance company and two the stellar 4.7 review. How can a place with almost a perfect service rating end up giving me such p!$$ poor service. They originally gave me a 2 week completion date, great that seem like a good turnover rate. But then, they delayed it one week due to part, seemingly understandable. It's not in the budget and it a lost days wage on the Tuesday of the appointment. I'm not happy but that's life. If that was the issue, again it would be understandable. They proceed to delay that completion date 2 more times. What kind of a service business are they running? The second time the completion date was the following week of the 26 of March, Wednesday. On Monday the 24th of March something in my gut told my they are going to mess with me again,
at this point all commination between Crash Collision Huntley had stopped for about a week. Odd because it was use to a update every other day, so I called in to confirm for the pick up on 26th. Lo behold they ordered the wrong part and it will be delayed to the following Monday. It i didn't call in were they not going to inform me of this update? At this point I'm out two days of pto , the 18th and the 26, with no car I'm out 100s of dollars reimbursing a co-worker for getting rides with them to work, and still don't really know if my car is going to be fixed when the say it is because what are the odds now that they don't delay again. The front receptionist was little to know help at first, he didn't know why or seem to care it was delayed and that there was communication issue. I'm a tolerant man but my tone was obviously upset. I think that kick things in to gear cause he put me on hold and tried to find out the problem. He continued with they ordered the wrong part and that was it you will get your car the following Monday. Multiple time I ask are sure this time because I'm going to have to request another day off, and he confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES. Trying to be non confrontation I tried my best to believe him and hope for the best. Periodically checking the messaging system they use and the web site the sent me. No update on any changes and it still say the car is ready for pick on the Wednesday 26th of March. Tuesday flows by Wednesday comes along, there goes Thursday, and here comes the weekend. Saturday around 1 pm and update was sent to me. Almost excited by the prospect of getting my car on Monday I snatched up my cell phone. YOUR CARE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ON 04/04/25. How much are they going mess with me? Loss days of wages hundreds of dollars in gas to a co-worker and i still haven't even paid the deductible yet. I'm currently way over budget and have a belly full of fire. How can the review be so wrong, how can they keep passing the buck and let me just eat up all the loss. How can you call yourself a business if all you do is renig on the completion date? The only blessing in all this was a man called Dean, apparently the place seem to fall apart when he goes on vacation. He was the one that updated me that Saturday and the guy that dealt with me on Monday the 31st. Telling all him all that had happen he really tried to help. Did his best to calm me down, patiently listened to me, and asked me for some time to try to verify/ find a solution for me. Calling me a hour later, he seemed certain that he found an answer and with confidence he told me Wednesday the 2nd of April. Feeling this might actually be the finish line I confirmed again and proceed to call work to again ask for another date off. He over delivered and 4pm today the first of April it have my car back. I was almost expecting him to say April fools and for him to say see you tomorrow. I am happy that my car back, but I can't stand how they do business at crash. (Edit) one month after why is a loose wire hanging down from where the fixed it ?

A paint scuff, caused by an unknown event in a parking lot, led me to Crash Champions for a repair estimate. I spoke to Tiffany who determined that the repair was actually a quick fix. They buffed out the abrasion in about ten minutes, at no charge. A very positive result following a negative situation. Thank you to Tiffany.

Our experience at Crash Champions Collision repair in Huntley was outstanding. From the reception to getting the estimate to job completion was top notch. They were completely up front and honest throughout the whole process. They kept us informed of any changes or updates for a completion date. I highly recommend them for their honesty and overall professionalism as well as doing an excellent job.

Tiffany was very professional and helpful, she kept me up to date on the whole process of the repairs. As soon as I walked into the front, she was very welcoming, she made it super easy to trust her! The shop is very lucky to have someone like her!

The staff here is amazing! So nice and friendly. The work was done quick and there were no surprises except for how sweet Tiffany at the front desk was. Rob took good care of my car and I will be a repeat customer should I have problems in the future!
