I encountered the worst experience ever when I came in here and spoke to Omar. He was not professional and dismissal in helping activate my phone and I told him I never had an issue he said I don’t care go to the corporate store. Wow just wow!!!!!!!!!!!! Never coming back here.. and reporting him to corporate!! Unreal and there was nobody in the store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had an issue with my phone that for the life of me I couldn't figure out. I spoke to Ismael about it over the phone and he immediately offered to help me over the phone or in person if I chose to come into the store. I went in and the problem was resolved within 5 minutes! This made such an impression on me that I had to take time out to write a review because most business employees would only help you if you're coming in to buy something or if they thought they could sell you something. Way to go AT&T of Huntley!! A special thank you to Ismael for your professionalism, kindness and consideration! Once I'm in the market to shop again this will be the store to get my business.

Got a new Google Pixel 8 after having an iPhone for a little while. Went to AT&T to see if someone could help me with a couple questions I had on my new phone. Josh helped me out and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable!
