I really needed a no-chip and ped and did not have an appointment. I asked for Raymond (who I had once before and was pleased with his work). They said I could come right over and Raymond was available. He did a great job again.

Requested style: Very accommodating, adjusted the pressured during the massage. The pedicure was fantastic!

My time w/ Emily would be better if she wasn’t near the front door. While she was working on me, she is greeting clients sometimes answering the phone., Then she has to rush to get me done because her next client walks in. I started using a different manicurist since she was not near the door. Now that manicurist has gone along with a couple of others, there’s some changes going on, but no one talks about it .
Cleanliness: New owner seems to be attentive in the salon. Salon appears to be kept neat/ tidy
Stylist: Kim is always friendly & sweet.

First time here and it was a great experience. Got a no chip and some waxing. The tech was great and the place was clean.
Will definitely be back.

I liked that they got me in right away but I went in for a soak off and manicure and there is still acrylic on 7 of my nails, and the manicure was not something I would recommend, my nails don’t look clean at all right now. They charged me $35 for the soak off and manicure with no color-which I didn’t notice until I left- I didn’t feel a manicure was even done-and so I called, the lady on the phone told me that it was their price for manicure plus soak off. I told her my nails weren’t even filed or cleaned correctly. She did not say anything so I left it at that. Here are the pictures of my nails.. you can see the acrylic and what their version of a “manicure” looks like. I will not be going back.

I really enjoy going to Golden nails. Emily does my nails exactly the way I would like them. The studio is beautiful. Everyone is very kind. Also, it is very very clean.
