Asked stylist to make sure that hair was blended. It was not done and looked as though a bowl was placed on my head. I asked stylist to blow dry my hair and she did, but did not comb my hair.

My husband got his hair cut on Sunday. The lady absolutely butchered his hair in the back. He obviously didn't know until he got home and I told him. Unfortunately he is busy with work during the week to stop in to get it fixed. We have been calling them for the past 3 days and no one ever answers the phone.

Courtney has been cutting my hair for about 8 months. She's done a great job, never had a bad experience with her. Very experienced ahd professional.

Marta attended me, she's a Mexican older lady. While yes her character and communication skills are phenomenal her cutting skills are far from exemplary. I asked for a chest length cut and she gave me a cut right at my neckline which is not what I asked for. The layers are clearly blotchy and she used the shears on my hair which are meant for women with longer and MORE hair which I don't have. In the beginning of our appointment I told her I wanted my hair to look fuller because I do not have much, yet she sheared it anyway? I am extremely unsatisfied with my cut.

I am so frustrated with great clips in huntley. The staff is so rude I brought in an add that apparently isn't a coupon because has no code. Then after showing it to the staff before the service as I'm checking out say it's 22.00 I'm like it's 9.99 I get frustrated and leave insisting I'll pay 9.99 they say if you don't pay the bill you're banned. I said ok left. After getting home not paying being banned. Posted saying this is not a coupon click to redeem i felt awful went back showed them the code and tried to rectify it. After all that still wouldn't accept it saying it's not their store I said ok I understand it's not your fault or mine it's a bad situation at least give me 10% off they refused i really wanted to walk out and just be banned but I paid the. 22. 00 and they did nothing if they would have tried i even said can't do anything she said no then I'd have to do it for everyone. So rude and unacceptable I will not be returning. I only left without paying because I needed to go i was losing my cool.
