Used for a few years, never again. They didn’t file and called the night of April 14th and said I need to come in on the 15th, I had to mail it in as tax pro gone for the season and didn’t e file. I was over charged and told I would receive check in a week. Now it’s July and many calls later, no refund for overpayment and no tax refund. Huntley passed off to lake in hills, lake in hills said they have no notes, won’t give corporate info. Nobody steps up and helps just keeps passing the issues to next store or manager. Manager says they will help and says they have so many complaints on this tax pro and says she is forced to take 2 months off and will forward to next store, yet nothing. I still don’t have my refund from IRS NOR H and R block for overcharging and actually not doing a service at all. Don’t waste your time or money. So much for the peace of mind guarantee I paid for when I can’t even get the basic service

*****************BEWARE********* worst and most unprofessional establishment.If you cannot spell an individual's name correct, first and last name and there are numerous spelling errors on your completed tax form, how can you trust their data clerks to do the financials correct?I paid over $300 for HR BLOCK to complete my taxes and my tax Refund was DENIED due to their data clerk typo's. Please do your research and do not trust the 4.8 star reviews. This is a highly unprofessional business. Not only did they spell my daughters name incorrectly, I individually found numerous other typos that I had to present to them.They up charged me $309 for this "service" and when I debriefed them on the amount of ERRORS in my tax forms, they simply told me to take my taxes elsewhere if I am not pleased with their service.I spoke to the manager MS CANDY and after hanging up on me on the phone she simply stated that she can just correct these errors that her temp data clerk completed.DO not go to this place, the 5 star reviews you are seeing on this site have to be FAKE. There is just no way.

Always a great experience at H&R Block. Service is always on point and everyone is always nice and friendly. Have been going to H&R Block the last three years and won't ever go anywhere else.
