We have been going here for a good 15 years - we love Manny and his crew- they have cared for all vehicles throughout that time - even double checking possible car purchases for college kids and safety and when they eventually purchased cars he and his team are personable mechanics for what seems like forever - I recommend them 100 percent without hesitation - thank you Manny and your team - we trust you a zillion percent always!

i thought long and hard before writing a review, but i believe people should know about my experience. when i first came in, the gentleman i spoke to (mark i think) was extremely kind. i do have intoxalock installed in my car, but he was very kind about it, and even said that they install intoxalock at the shop. i made an appointment for the next day, but a different guy was there at the front desk, i think his name is manny. he’s an incredibly rude guy who literally said “i don’t want to work on cars with intoxalock, bc last time i got sick blowing into the device.” hmmmm okay. so you install the device but won’t work on cars with it? please make that make sense LOL. mark said it was fine, then manny said it’s not. clearly your employees aren’t all on the same page, and that’s a problem.
finally, manny agreed to work on my car after i basically begged him. i left my car with them so it could be looked at, and it took them FOREVER to get back to me. it took about 6 hours just for them to tell me what’s wrong with it. keep in mind they never called me to update me, i had to keep calling for any updates.
they were trying to charge me $2900 for struts and a new rear axle beam. i said heck no and went to pick up my car. i was able to find struts for $240 and with labor included im spending a little UNDER $500. MB garage was trying to charge me $1000 for just the struts with labor. ??? i may look young but im not dumb. mechanics love to rip you off.
do your business elsewhere. this place is a scam with incompetent workers. what a joke!
