I had such a wonderful experience. John was very nice and informative. He and staff were very accommodating when it came to rescheduling, which I appreciated very much! He gave us snacks and drinks at landing! High recommend!

Amazing experience, loved it! The ride felt very safe. Balloon captain was confident and knowledgeable. Snacks and drinks were provided as the chase team packed up the balloon after our landing. Highly recommend this company!

Scared of hights no more. I was very hesitant on goimg on am air balloon ride because of my fear of hights, but the knowledge and safty that John and his team expressed helped overcome that fear.This experience was fantastic and I highly recommend. John and his team are very experienced, patient, safe and fun a the same time. Not only did I learn a bunch about air balloons but I had a great time.This full experience takes you from unfolding the balloon from the storage truck they bring it in, to filling it with cold air, then warm air, then elevaing to around 3000 feet and enjoying the amazing scenery and views of miles away as we glided through the peacful sky. Then landing, folding it up, storing it back into the trailer and having snacks & beverages when done.Every aspect of the experience was absolutely awsome.Thank you John and his team for breaking my fear of hights, checking off an item from my bucket list and providing a perfect experience. Working as a team through preflight setup all the was to post landing stowage we had a remarkable experience. Our pilot was clearly passionate about hot air ballooning. He gave detailed explanations of the equipment and the process including a safety briefing. We were two of six passengers in the balloon which at first felt a bit overstuffed in the wicker basket. You need to have some patience with your balloon ride booking. We had eight weeks of weather and location related reschedules, booking in August and finally flying in October. We absolutely loved this experience.

Scam company after they take your $250.00 dlls for the ride they never answer. I ordered a ride for my birthday an june 7 2021 and today September 23 still cancel the ride 4 times. Then they send me to other company NOSTALGIA BALLOONS Last Friday make me drive 120 mileage plus pay tolls and that day rain for 10minuts so they cancel the ride because someone didn't show up so its not my problem if other people didn't came. Worst decision DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PN THOSE SCAMMERS They will tell you didn't do a refund and sale the problem to other People.
