Dave and his daughter do a great job! Been taking my dogs and cats here for years. They always look and smell amazing! They are very reasonably priced for the hard work. Was recommended by my sister n law and have been happy ever since! Nice family owned business.

Horrible groomer! My dog was chained to the wall for 5 hours with a 1.5 foot chain... no water either. His cut was the worst I've seen, for a simple labradoodle. Owner claimed he'd done tons of them before. Hair cut is uneven all over, and choppy. Dog was in catatonic state when I picked him up! Drank so much water when we got home, he immediately threw it up! DO NOT USE.

This place is dirty, the owners rude and the staff mistreat their animals! Recently, they cut my dog's nails so short, they bled for OVER an hour. The thing is, we didn't ask to have them cut! He just had them cut the weak prior! but anyways ... We brought the dog back to Shampooch to put quick stop on it. We were met with major attitude from the owner immediately. He attempted to remove the bandage on our dogs paw in order to examine the injury but was having difficulty removing it . My mother saw this and suggested to start from the top of the bandage. Instead of taking the suggestion, he looked at my mother and yanked on the dog's paw. Even harder as to say "f@ck you" After he "examined" his nails, and continued to deny any significant bleeding, his assistant acknowledged the bleeding, and the owner gave her the look of death! ALSO, whoever brought in their Chow today to get groomed, the groomer was violently yanking the hanging leash in order to redirect the dog. That's straight up animal abuse! And yes, we said something about it at the time but they girl left the room and the owner ignored us! This place is unprofessional and CRUEL!! STAY AWAY!!!

Today was the third and probably last time we use Shampooch and Kitty. The first 2 times worked out well but today was completely unacceptable.Dropped our 2 dogs (12 year old and 1 year old) off at 8am and checked in on them at the store 4 hours later since we didn’t get a call and no one answered the phone.When we got there, both dogs are sitting there in stress. The only sound you can hear in the place is our older dog. He is usually calm but was barking constantly and needed some type of attention which we was not getting.We get some excuses about being short a worker and phones being down. Obviously, a better way of handling this is to call us to pick-up our dogs and re-schedule to another day when they can take care of them properly.I wanted to pull them out of there but they quickly worked on them and then we left.

My dog suffered hemorrhage eye blood vessel burst after grooming and my heart is broken.... I am not sure if I should keep bring my fur baby there...
