The staff and crew were super nice and helpful! Mei and Lisa were very helpful when I was trying on glasses and were very detailed on the plans and types of glasses they provide. I love the glasses I chose!

This was my first time I visit the store. Me and my husband went there with prescription. Experience was very pleasant and friendly.Selection of eye frames are big.We just picked up our glasses and very pleased with the results. Will definitely come back next year.

From the moment we walked in, Karen greeted us we explained we were new patients, she handed us the new patient paperwork & explained everything to us. Karen was extremely knowledgeable & very personable!!
She explained that she would be conducting the first set of standard tests which she explained what each test was & did.
Once we were done with the first set of test Dr. Michael Strasser greeted us and proceeded to perform our eye exams & he was incredible, listen to our questions & concerns, explained the 3D imagining of our eyes and what our eyes tell him about our health & the health of our eyes..
Our appointed concluded with Karen helping both myself & my husband picking out frames… Her expertise & recommendations were exactly what I was looking for… It was so nice having someone helped us pick out frames. Karen is top notch & I’m so happy she shared her knowledge, friendliness & incredible personality with us! We will be recommending Shopko Optical Huntley, IL to all our friends & family
