Stylist nearly super shaved (zero) my entire head by mistake. I have always had a 2-1-0 fade with a super shaver only at the very bottom for 20+ years
Stylist only asked me if I still do the super shave which I said yes to (which is always just the bottom for a $5 surcharge) but did not ask me what is to be done with the rest of my hair. She went super high with the zero before I could stop her.
I have never had my head shaved this high before and will need to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks+. I went to get a haircut to feel better about myself but left feeling the complete opposite.
Stylist should always ask what is to be done with the haircut and not to rely on notes that could be misunderstood!!!! Was still charged full price for the bad haircut. Terrible experience!!!
UPDATE: I called the number listed on the response and all they did was take my name and info. Manager did not discuss the incident with me.

I attempted a walk-in for a quick haircut at Sport Clips, but the experience was challenging. The location was busy, with a wait time of over 4 hours. They also inquired if I had checked in online, highlighting the necessity of planning ahead if you choose this location.

My son and I have been coming here for years, and every time we've encountered a warm and welcoming staff. They do a great job and always have a positive attitude towards customers. My son has autism and every stylist treats him with so much kindness and compassion, which makes us always come back.

Great atmosphere, great stylists- the MVP is a nice treat.If you have a coupon, pay attention to the details- once, it had expired the day before; another time, I got the MVP, but the coupon was for the "ultimate" MVP. Both times I had to pay full price. ☹️

First time at this location. I checked in before time and had zero issues once I arrived. Also since it was my first time at this location, I was provided a discount, which was nice of the Stylist. Great experience overall. I'll be back.
