I went to get a car wash today payed $12 car is clean and vacuumes worked nice, only negative is it popped my back bumper

Normally I would only do a basic wash to rinse off the dirt but this time I up graded, what a joke! Pay extra and get less!! The blowers didn't even blow off the right side of my car. This isn't the first poor experience, but it sure will be the last!! I'm Done!!!
