Terrible customer service. Uncaring employees
Had to wait over 3 months for a refund because they messed up getting our package sent out in time
I’m not even gonna go into the details. I just wanna get on record as this UPS STORE really stinks.

This branch is not trustworthy. Returning valuable items by mail where packaging and delivery are prepaid and they do NOT package the item. I walked away unfortunately without seeing the staff packsge the item and he just pushed the unlabelled box to the side and started serving the next customers. Two items so far have not been delivered a week later. Do not trust this business with mailing anything.

I came here to do an amazon return and the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE. I overheard him talking to someone who had a mailbox there, they were trying to renew their subscription. Owner was using words like “Because I said so” and “What I say goes” “I’m the new owner” instead of nicely explaining that they were in a transitional period and he may not currently have answers to the ladies questions. Extremely distasteful experience and I will never be coming back here but instead will take my business to Algonquin UPS store or Crystal Lake. If you are a new owner you should be trying hard to earn the business of your local community, not talk down on them like a child.

As a 75 year old woman and a bit handicapped I want to give a shout out to Jerry at the Huntley UPS Store on Rt. 47.
He helped me by getting a large box out of my car and carrying it into the store.
He was so friendly and a joy to
have help me.

Wish a negative was possible. I was overnighting personal documents that included personal information for me and family. I paid extra so it was priority and was told there was $100 in insurance. The documents never arrived. The tracking number was never even scanned. I called and they started an investigation. I went to the store and they remembered me. The guy said they couldn't find the package, but it would have been put into a bin and sent to Oklahoma. He thinks it was probably lost there but they have no idea since it was never scanned. They refunded the amount I paid but said documents have no value so I don't get the $100 of insurance. I asked for identity theft protection by email with the person handling the investigation and they never responded. I'm sicking knowing that all my family's information is out there and UPS could care less. Use FedEx, or post office or whatever but do not use UPS.

Never charges the same amount for printing , one day it’s less then a dollar , next day it’s 2.50 or more just for 2 sheet of paper yall gonna fix your people because yall be looking dumb

The employees at Huntley UPS Store take care om my packages and USPS mail like it is their own! Even when there is a long line of regular customers in the store they find a way to get my packages out so I can get out of the way. When I have heavy packages they always help get them to my vehicle. Plus several times they have completed stickers, marketing materials and 8' high banners for us.
Rating this store on a 1 - 10 scale, they get a 12 rating.
