This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the nation. They are rude, unprofessional and the only reason they are open is because of the constant flow from Del Webb. Customer service is non existent and never have medication in stock. Learn how to properly manage inventory. This store needs to be audited and retrained.

Their meal breaks do not match what's stated online and they also are not consistent. Prescriptions are also not ready a full day later because no one apparently checks the system regularly.

Two times in 2 weeks we went to the pharmacy to find out that was closed on normal hours of operation because they didn’t have a pharmacist in the store

There is no sign that I can find that says the pharmacy closes from 6:45-7:15 pm for a meal break. My prescription was called in in the morning. I stopped in at 3 pm and it was not ready. Later I got a text that said it was ready. When I stopped at 6:50 pm the pharmacy was completely closed for a meal break. I do not begrudge someone a meal but this pharmacy is always understaffed. At least those meal break hours could be posted on the web site!!

I had a great interaction today with the pharmacist her name was LindaT, She was amazing. Great Customer service went above and beyond the call of duty I needed to get a prescription filled and with the holiday weekend I was worried I wasn’t gonna get this taken care of before the weekend… Linda was kind enough to call my doctors office to get the script so I was able to get my medication!!! SHOUT out to LINDA.T customer service at its finest…
Call the store, location and talk to the manager Jill, who is also very nice and gave me great customer services as well!! Good customer services is hard to come by these days. Walgreens is lucky to have you both. THANK you!!

Probably the worst Walgreens I’ve ever encountered. Pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful, photo and print staff have no idea what they’re doing, and you’re lucky if you can even find someone to help you. Should be closed down.

Honestly I have to admit it doesn't get any worse than this Walgreens pharmacy. It most certainly will be my last prescription I fill with Walgreens... each visit in line at the pharmacy is over an hour wait. I think it's actually very negligible that they staff one person when they boarder a retirement community who drives more foot traffic. You must and I do mean must plan for a few hour trip regardless of time or distance from your house. It is not the cashiers fault quit yelling at them in line if you do decide to go this is completely leadership neglect.

Always huge lines at this pharmacy! Went to the drive thru and 8 cars in line so parked and went inside and 10 people in line. And then prescriptions never ready at quoted pickup time

I am so fed up with Walgreens at this point. My pain management doctor put in an order for hydrocodone on Tuesday, today is now Friday, they are out of stock on it still and they will not allow it to be transferred to another Walgreens location so now I have to sit without the proper medication until Monday before they can get a hold of my physician. I have sat on hold twice tonight over 20 minutes only to be hung up on both times. I've had my share of issues with Walgreens and it seems to just be getting worse. Their staff do not care about their customers..

I wish there was self-checkout at all Walgreens.It is so agonizing to checkout.Their card processor for payment is so complicated and slow.And the cashier may ask if you would like to apply for a credit cardand would you like to give to charity.

Avoid this location! The staff are nice and helpful, but so unbelievably understaffed. Expect to wait 15-50 minutes in line and an additional 20-30 minutes for vaccines, even with an appointment. Phone calls/texts aren't sent when prescriptions are ready, and automated system will say to try calling back in an hour even if in fact the prescription is ready. Please hire more staff!
