Most of the post office people are nice in Ina however there delivery on shipments ship kinda lacking some packages arrives on time other packages arrives late or the delivery people mis shipped packages causing them to be delivered late due to having them being mis shipped and have to go back to St Louis MO and back around to the right address most of the time when it was mis shipped delivery it goes to West Frankfort il and this happened to me 4 or 5 times for individual package deliveries and I don't understand why they do it and I call West Frankfort il USPS and they won't give me any answers on why this keeps happening to me when I don't even live in that town if I have a Ina address and po box that it's going to that's where it needs to go the first time delivery on shipments could be better on things like this I notice that other people also complained about delivery of their mail and packages going being mis shipped to West Frankfort il too so I know that I am not the only one here that has to deal with this from time to time

I've gone to this post office on more than one occasion and been told their system is down and they can't send my mail or do anything to help me. This is the worst post office I have ever been too.

Closed on week days at 3:30pm. Drove out of my way off the interstate to a closed post office!
