I use this UPS because it’s convenient to my home. But If I had another closer option I would use it. I’m in this location at least on average 3 times a month, sometimes double that. The owners know me by face I’m in there so often and I go out of my way to be kind to Kate because I have seen her on multiple, multiple occasions be rude and inconsiderate to other customers. She has at times to me as well even when I’m overly polite. I know at times working in customer service can be tough dealing with customers but when you have a customer who is overly kind to you and you are still rude, I finally had enough and decided to write this review. My husband said he has had the same experience with her.

I only go to this UPS store. The owners (I think) Kate and Michael are hustlers! :0). If there is a line they keep it moving. They are efficient, knowledgeable and kind! Mike is currently helping me ship something odd shaped and is going above and beyond trying to help me find the most cost effective way to ship it. It's a huge (UPS) company with a small boutique feel and costumer service. Thank you 😊

A few months ago, I had to return Xfinity/Comcast equipment. I was directed to any UPS store and found this very easily accessible one. Everything about my experience here was just fabulously easy - the quick and knowledgeable customer service. I highly recommend this location!!!

Employees are ALWAYS rude, negative, and can be sarcastic. I was scolded for taking a 2 inch piece of scotch tape off the counter top. The one female is always complaining as well. Very poor customer service. Will not go back.

Consistently efficient employees and great customer service. Keep in mind that this must be a tough job with the overwhelming amount of returns consumers have nowadays. And that's just a fraction of what they handle here. I appreciate it!

I have been to this store in the past but my stop today and interaction and conversation with Michael compelled me to leave this 5 star rating. Excellent service, and fun conversation!!!
I think I have found my choice of shipping company (UPS) and particularly this UPS store from this point onwards. Yes, it definitely pays off to provide great service while being nice and pleasant. Keep it up and looking forward to connecting again soon!
