5/13 had after 5 pm appt for vaccine. There was severe traffic jam getting there. zig zagging all over town just to make it. finally made it. no one was at pharmacy, checked in. i thought wait time would be short . . . nope. sat there waiting 25 minutes, still no one. they took 2 other customers while i'm sitting there waiting patiently. I wound up walking out. taking my business elsewhere. this place is the worst for customer service. There are more bad reviews and i see why.

This pharmacy, like most, is very busy but the service and friendliness of the staff are excellent. I’ve been to many other Walgreens and this has been my favorite thus far. Tip: download the app, it has lots of helpful features.

Spoke to a male pharmacy Tech who told me to call back and that he would check with the insurance issue. I waited 2 days just to be sure all Rxs were ready to pick up and called ahead to be sure.
Tech saw my # placed call on hold for 20 minutes after the line conveniently got disconnected. I called back, was on hold for another 20min and got Pure attitude; wouldn't assist in any way, such as calling the insurance to fix the issue. I spoke to my doctor's office and they confirmed insurance had been approved. Never had this issue before at any other Walgreens. Corporate will be notified of this rude Tech employee who is hindering getting medication. It's been going on for 2 weeks. Attempted to get the pharmacist on the line, but Tech wouldn't transfer the call.
Avoid this Walgreens unless you want a headache and late or missing medication. Usually, this Walgreens is pretty spot on, but 1 bad rotten apple can ruin an entire pharmacy's crew. Will add his name once I go in person and speak to the nice & professional pharmacist and supervisor about Tech not doing the basics of his job duties.

They had a sign for lunch at 11:00 a.m. closed, but it was 10:50 a.m. they closed the window on my face for lunch.

I give the Walgreens on Willow Springs Rd. (5) STARS. This is one of the most outstanding Walgreens that I have ever been too. This Walgreens store has some very good prices, especially clearance prices. The Walgreens Associates, are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Walgreens store to my family and friends.

I've written a recent review...not sure where it went but will repeat. I'm a local physician who's been in practice for over 25 years...I obviously have dealt with MANY pharmacies over the years. I have never experienced a pharmacy staff that is so lazy, incompetent, and rude in my life. I sincerely apologize to my patients who have had to deal with them and I urge you to take your business to someone who actually cares about you. My recent personal experience was attempting to pick up 2 prescriptions today...one had been reshelved after 6 days (despite the holiday in-between) and the second not "technically" required for 2 more days so it was not filled, although the auto-refill call said it would be ready today. Was told by the pharmacist that the first would need to be represcribed by my doctor and when I questioned him about it was asked "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" No VJ, I'm just asking you to do your job period. It's as if they are seriously trying very hard to not do their jobs. Fortunately I know how to navigate the system and had all my Rx's sent to a different pharmacy. But not everyone can do this, nor should anyone have to do this. My word of advice is to go elsewhere and be taken care of like you should.

Would give it no stars if I could, came in for a creme that in one of the alarm cases in the back, there were two associates in front, told them I needed help, one of them says someone would be there to assist, 15mins later and no help, if you are unwilling to do your job why not say so instead of wasting people's time? Terrible!
