They are patient, thorough, and very gentle with both dogs and cats. The staff gives love and attention to the animals they care for, making pets look very happy and comfortable. Customers report fast service at the time of booking. Grooming does not take all day; it is usually an hour to an hour and a half, which is much faster than other places. They always make sure to ask specifically what the customer wants and nail the requested look, going above and beyond to make the customer happy. The place is very nice and clean. They provide fantastic care for dogs and cats, including older pets. Prices are reasonable. My cat had really bad mats that I couldn't get out. They got them out without problem, trimmed her nails, and sent us on our way. It was nice to see my cat handled with minimal apparent stress, minus, of course, her sad little meows!
