I just traded my old car with a car Mike auto Mall repaired and fixed all the damages for me. I went to a few more auto shops as I wanted to trade my car with a newer car but still reasonable price. It was great to find Mike auto mall as they fixed everything for me with fair costs and gave me a car just looks like a brand new car, looks like a bride. So happy with my new car. The service, repair the car damages and price were fair, reasonable and satisfactory. Can’t thank enough. Strongly recommend their services and I am telling you if anyone looks for a good services, or buy a used car with fair price not costly like other places, Mike Auto Mall is a good choice.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve purchased two cars from this place and have been completely satisfied with both. The cars were in great condition, and the regular maintenance has always been excellent and reliable.
Contrary to some of the negative reviews—which sadly seem to come from a place of personal hostility—the truth is that Mike is very friendly, honest, and professional. He’s actually quite funny too, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.
I always take my car to him for service because I trust him completely. Thank you for all your hard work, Mike! 🙏

As a regular customer, I always buy my cars from Mike. Past 10 years, I bought a few cars from Mike and always got the best service, cars with right price and had no headaches with cars I bought from him. I have peace of mind that he take care of all services for me in case I need service or any repairs. I will definitely recommend his services either buy a car from him or his car service.

We visited Mike's Auto Mall looking for a reasonably priced used. car in a good condition. They have a good selection of reasonably priced cars. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Post purchase customer service and delivery was smooth and without any headaches. Overall, good experience.

Recently purchased two vehicles from Mike. Questionable at first, but let me say this...... Don't ever judge a book by it's cover... Mike has a business to run and if you take a minute to talk with him you'll soon figure out if you're good to people people are generally good to you... Anyway everything went smoothly with both vehicles... Actually gave a discount for a return customer.. Went out of his way to help out with licensing paperwork problems. Stayed late to accommodate to our schedule and treated us very fair. Having a little AC problem with one of the vehicles and Mike said bring it in and we'll fix it no problem at N/C. Overall it was a great experience and got two great vehicles.. If you're looking for a vehicle go see Mike!!

Rude salesman, overpriced cars. Everything on the lot is rusted, rotten through, or mechanically unsound. If you call, you will be lied to about the condition of the vehicle. If you drive onto the lot to look for yourself, you will be told to “look but don’t touch.”Save yourself the trouble, look elsewhere.

Pulled in to look at a f350. First thing I run into is self tapping screws all over the parking lot. Lots of possibilities for flat tires. Only good thing as gentlemen said could get fixed pretty fast. Nice truck.

Drove an hour and a half one way to buy a truck. Google Maps says the location is open until 7PM. Got there at 6:05 and the door is locked, no one around. Called the number and got a voicemail box that is completely full.Don't trust the hours for this business. If the hours get changed to correct ones, I'll take the review down. Huge waste of my time.

I had a used engine with less miles installed in my Ford Edge 3.5 and a great decision, Mike the owner was easy to talk to and deal with, The mechanics George and Jim are top notch and very knowledgeable, honest and did a great job. I would definitely take my cars back to Mikes auto mall for future repairs.Thanks guys.

I only give 1 star because you have to rate but we drove 4.5 hours to buy an auto from Mike as it had low miles and he told us it had no rust. After paying for a car fax, renting a car hauler, driving 4.5 hours ($200 in gas) we get there and the back door had rust through the door. To top it off Mike was very rude to us and told us “go buy a new car”. Upon turning the keys back over to him he was very sharp tongue and said “have a good trip home” very rude. He never apologized. Had absolute no empathy. I wouldn’t trust this car jockey for anything. Total liar.
