“We adopted Weather yesterday. She is such a WONDERFUL, 2 year old mixed breed stray from out of town. Reach really does their due-diligence - checks your references and interviews you! Until you're cleared for take off, the one boss lady can seem a little strict, but anyone can see that everyone there has the best interests of the animals passionately in their hearts! There are so many cases of abuse and neglect in this world, and they want to make sure none of their beloved animals become a statistic. I've owned small businesses and done a lot of volunteer work. I know too well that things don't always go right despite good intentions. To the other reviewers that didn't report 5-star experiences, I urge them to show some grace to these dedicated and passionate volunteers. Their hearts are AMAZING! Thank you Reach Rescue!”

“Very affordable prices in a world where so many thrift stores seem to be trying to maximize profits. Heck, at one point after Christmas they just said “Christmas items are free”. We have found all sorts of useful and interesting items here. The staff are very friendly. Items turn over quickly so it’s a good place to visit whenever you’re in the area.”

“I love this thrift shop staff is kind and I always donate all of my gently used items here. I know they go to a good cause and will sell at a fair price. I really appreciate the low prices. It’s what thrift shops are all about. No stinginess. Good items for good prices and nice staff is very important. Oh And I must say it is very clean and doesn’t smell vs other thrift shops ! I love that I get text messages from them about sales and events. I will continue to support this place by donating and buying. This is my favorite sparrows locations.”

“I've been shopping at this place for years and I can say that it improved quite a lot. It's better organized and cleaner. They obviously listen to customer complaints. It's true that there's still no fitting rooms or public bathrooms but I assume it might be a budget and shortage of staff issue. It is also true that their prices are higher than the local Goodwills but they are lower than Saver's. Either way is a good place to shop. You never know where and when you're gonna find your next treasure. Another thing that I want to point out is if they would be a bit more selective about the stuff they put on the floor: I found items that were either stained, ripped or smelly. Being more selective would reduce the clutter on the floor and improve customer flow.”
