I have been using this local post office for years and always find happy faces and smiles. I usually drop off my daily shipments, which they will scan on the spot for you.
Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.
Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.
I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.

I've been using this post office almost 30 years. They are fine. They can't control what UPS or Fed Ex does, as far as deliveries they get or shipments picked up from other carriers. People are so impatient and complain about everything. They still have the cheapest rates compared to others as well. It is a tiny post office. If you have issues, then be a grownup, and use another post office. We should be more grateful to have so many choices these days. Folks just love to whine.

This post office needs to be shut down. I mailed a letter on 1/2/23 and it has not yet arrived at it's destination. 7+ days for first class mail is ridiculous.

We opened a PO Box for our business and the employees have all been very helpful. Trying to be here by 5pm to get mail can be tough and wish the lobby were 24 hours but that doesn’t impact the 5 stars for the genuinely nice workers.

unfortunately it usually takes 10-14 days for my items to reach elk Grove village distribution center each time I use this location sad never have a problem at fox lake..

The clerk is incompetent. I paid $8 for priority delivery and it’s been 10 days and counting and my package is still sitting in Elk Grove Village.

Changed My PO Box from Downtown Chicago to the Ingleside location have not had a single problem, place is alway tidy and clean and the staff there are excellent.

Packages are jammed into my mailbox, the corners end up dented and its hard to remove. This occured a minimum of 12 times, but my monthly boxes werent the only ones ruined.Ive had packages left on top of the mailbox because the carrier was too lazy to bring it to the door.Ive had my mailbox wide open due to packages being jammed in.Ive had packages missing which is no surprise anymore.But the worst part is i recieved a pink registered mail slip that i was "missed", this was mail from the IDFPR that wasnt even attempted to be delivered. I have cameras and someone is home 24/7. No attempt made whatsoever.Whoever the carrier is for Ingleside is lazy and has zero respect for peoples mail.I dont use USPS by choice. Never.
