“I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts store today. What a breath of fresh air. The men were extremely nice I was floored.
They helped me find the correct back wiper for my SUV. I was so thankful that I also bought two wipers for the front. They put all three wipers on for me without any attitude just nice and smiles.
Two days before I was at Auto store in McHenry they were just terrible. Not nice, acted like I was annoying them from the first walk in. Said they do not put wipers on the back windows at all which there web site does not say that also sold me the wrong wiper. Long story short Oreillys is the bomb. I will not go anywhere else if I need something for my SUV.
I know you will be very happy customer when you walk out.

“Needed to replace an old Watchdog Sump Pump battery. Got a Duracell and kept the old yellow cap with the hole for the water sensor. Employee was AMAZING and provided advice and guidance on what to do and how to be safe. I will be coming back here. Great service!!”

I've been trying to find time to stop by, and it was sad to see the door locked just when I finally made it there. Sammy who was working that shift, kindly opened the door for me. I apologized for not realizing they were closed, but Sammy reassured me not to worry and offered to help. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
