I had an incident at the pump and it wasn't allowing me to finish the transaction, I went inside and dude comes out tells me to move to nxt pump bit than it doesn't work,bottom line it's a week later I don't have my promised refund on my card but the most disappointing was being treated like I was making up the situation and lying, no wonder its always empty, that person knows nothing about how to treat people.

I love this gas station just a few miles from my house and has many different snack options everyone who works here is also very nice and helpful. Only problem i have is that most of the electronic vapes do not work or are already burnt, they will not refund your money if you leave or give you a new one so make sure you try it before you leave.

Me and my family live down the street and have been coming here for at least 15 years. In fact I worked at LA Tan right next door back when it was LA Tan.
I had just flown back from PHX the other day when I stopped here. The “manager” REFUSED to accept my valid UNITED STATES PASSPORT that TSA just accepted for me to fly, because it “didn’t look like me”. I explained my passport was 9 years old and he saw it was perfectly valid, but he REFUSED to believe it was my ID. I’m 30 and had to have my mom come because this man (who claims to be the manager) insisted on giving me a hard time.
TSA security says my passport is valid and looks just like me, but the gas station attendant in island lake IL says otherwise 😂 DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED BY A MAN ON A POWER TRIP! Working at a gas station lol.

Usually the best prices in town. I usually go to BP to get my $0.15 off every gallon every day, but today the math worked out. When my Citgo card arrives, I'll have to do new math after the initiation ($0.30) discount wares off.

Unusual, here the island says that it supplied me with gas, I check my bank and see that I have a debit for 49.89, and it did not add a single drop, I talk to the manager and he tells me that it is not his problem, that I should talk to the bank, I spent a whole day with the money retained, absurd, I called the bank and canceled said consumption. Very bad attention and attitude of the manager,

Bought an Orion vape there today. Store police says no returns, I tried it before I left the store it was working fine for the first few puffs now it is no longer working as it will not charge.

Lost 5 bucks in car wash. Would not return money. Woman behind counter started calling me names and said I needed a receipt. What do it yourself car wash gives a receipt. When I said this she threatened to call police and trespass me.very trashy store very low class.

I stop at this gas station all the time the right stuff and then please there are also friendly and they know they remember your names of every everybody that comes in there and I do say that I hope they stay friendly like there because people like going in there a lot
