“I Love Sams Club,especially the Pharmacy, huge savings on my Dogs medications. And the ladies at the Pharmacy are very courteous and kind. They also give free samples of various things when they are available. They starting carrying a Honeycomb shaped chew,that has all kinds of Vitamins & such....very healthy for your pets,they gave me a free full sized one for my dog to try,when I picked up his prescription. I don't know any other place that does this.

“I called over a dozen pharmacies yesterday trying to get my medication filled and everybody else was out of stock. This Jewel Osco pharmacy not only had my medication in stock, they found a better discount card and saved me an additional $25 on my prescription. I didn't ask them to, they just did it. The Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech I dealt with yestersay evening were both amazing and their Customer Sevice was A++! I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“My visit on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, was very pleasant. All the staff are very friendly and polite and it seems like a great group of people working together. I saw some of their regular customers come in and the way they interacted with their regulars. I am not a regular customer at the Lake Zurich Walgreens but I was just as impressed. Even despite an issue with their check out machines, they improvised and checked people out at the pharmacy checkout instead! Good experience!”

“Grab your coffee and sit back because I have ALot to share. I'm not sure exactly but I think at least two years now, (1: I moved out here and 2) I switched from Walgreens after many years of my service in wheeling and Palatine. This was the best and healthist decision I have ever made. I have never experienced such safe, personal, and caring team in my many many years of needing prescriptions or OTC needs. I don't care who comes to pick up their medicine, one of the pharmacists or staff immediately great and the kicker by NAME!! They play such attention to the meds you are taking as well as how you are personally doing! Denise runs a fun, relaxing smiling group of other pharmacists and staff. I could name them all. I feel safe cared about and get laughs for sure. There's 2 things I'm disappointed in 1) when your on the Jewel Osco app it mentions nice things about each department. I think you should mention something about benefits (you don't have to say what just end with like use our app to get in touch with one of our friendly pharmacy staff to find out ways to save on your prescriptions, shots and more, they should definitely be recognized like the other departments and 2) back about 6 months ago and again 3 months ago, I called corporate to compliment and express my trust with every staff member and Denise Coli, really treating her co workers as a pharmacy family and me and the customers. Both times they thanked me. Asked for my email and gave me a case number. They have NEVER responded nor acknowledged the kiddos from me but I'm sure they would act fast if it was a complaint. The fact that I am taking my time to express my feelings of safety, professionalism, humor,speed and smiles is really a , pardon me, damn shame. But you ve got this and I appreciate you taking the time to read my review and hopefully you can give balloons lol or a shout out to the OscoPhamacy Store #1518. Stay wonderful. “I guess I understand some of the low ratings, but people, it’s a pharmacy. Maybe the staffing issues are not their fault..? Staffing is an issue everywhere…. The staff and pharmacists working there are friendly and always hustling when I’ve been there. Any issues I’ve experienced are usually from my doctor’s office honestly. Nothing but good experiences with this staff and they are kind, prompt and helpful. Keep it up guys!”

“Always a good experience at Jewel-Osco Have what I want and everyone is helpful and friendly. Very nice store. Clean and well organized. All employees were courteous and professional. very large with the best selection of gluten free things I have seen anywhere. The fish and fresh meat counter are good. and the bakery section could cause you to completely blow your diet and your budget! Everything in one place! Good line organization, shorter wait than expected, everyone wearing masks as they should. Excellent variety of products! The store is in a great location and very accessible. Overall a great store.”
