“Good clean store with decent staff. Fuel is available here and the price for 93 octane is good, 87 can be beat by local gas stations if you do a little research. Selection is good, meat and produce departments are well run. Good place to stock up on the essentials.”
“Didn't get what I came for because they are sold out. Got the info that I need for getting it at a later date, substituted for something else, don't all worked out. Love their bakery selection and if you need something extra that you can't find else where, this is the place.”
“The return experience went very quick and I had an app question that they were also able to help me with.My physician has a remote office ethereal so I use it for bloodwork. The wait isn't bad at times.The store is always stocked well and I am able to get things here I am not bale to at other stores.”

“Excellent experience!! I transferred a prescription here from McHenry Walgreens and the experience was night and day. They were so helpful, caring, and kind. They actually have time to care about the customer. After a week of trying to get a prescription from McHenry that they never filled despite telling me they would, Lakemoor transferred the medication and filled it in just a few minutes. This will be our new pharmacy going forward!”

“One of my favorite places for an all beef hot dog and drink for $1.20...where else can you buy this??? in any event the pizza is also good the service usually quick and the condiments clean and fresh. The restrooms are also very clean and they do cary salads, sandwiches and ice-cream.”

“Amazing Pharmacy! I needed a prescription filled for a drug I had not taken before. When I went to pick pick up the drug, they told me it would be $75.00 after my insurance. I said no and told them I would call my Dr. for something else. Later that evening, the Pharmacist called and said he had some time, and found a manufacturers coupon that brought the cost down to $15.00 for a year! The best, best customer service ever. I will never go to slow, rude Walgreens ever again.”

“I know that people in general tend to review places more when they have something negative to say, so I always try to write a review when something positive happens as well. I visited this CVS location this week and bought a few items. I have to comment on the cashier that took care of me. His name was Mark. He was so friendly and had such a positive, upbeat attitude. They're very lucky to have him! Our interaction was short, but he was very pleasant and I just wanted to write a quick review to let them know what a great job he's doing!”

“During my recent visit to CVS Pharmacy , I noticed a lack of a welcoming presence at the entrance, leaving customers without a greeting. Despite a reduced staff presence, those on duty were notably helpful, offering assistance when needed. The store's layout was well-organized, contributing to a seamless shopping experience. I appreciated the presence of good deals throughout the store, adding value to my purchases. However, a notable downside was observed on the right side of the entrance. Items were haphazardly placed, both in and out of a cart, with some products marked at a 50% discount. This aspect of the store appeared disorganized and created an unpleasant visual impression for customers entering. Improving the presentation of discounted items in this area could enhance the overall aesthetics and customer experience.I liked Christmas decoration in store”

“This is an update as of September, 2022. In my previous review, I gave this store a rating of 3; and I scored it that high only because of the excellent pharmacist and staff. I am delighted to say I can now give it a 5 star rating! There is a new store manager who has re-instituted the outstanding service I had come to expect from my CVS. Customers may once again experience its exceptionally warm, friendly, welcoming staff; as well as an appealing, well maintained store that offers an excellent array of well stocked product lines, with frequent promotions.The new manager has also created new, attractive displays of products that are likely to appeal to customers.I notice some disparaging reviews of the pharmacy, itself. I have always found the pharmacists and their staff to be friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. My prescriptions are always ready on time, as promised; and they will work on my behalf to sort out any problems with my doctor. My family and I have never experienced any difficulty scheduling flu and Covid vaccinations. Hence, I am happy to give this CVS my highest rating!Previous Review: (3 Stars)I have been a loyal customer of this store since it opened. Until VERY recently I have loved shopping there and recommended it to family and friends. The thing I most appreciated about it was its warm, friendly, welcoming staff, and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, there has been enormous staff turnover and the appointment of new manager who is very rude and refuses to check customers out at the register. The one remaining bright spot is the excellent pharmacist and her dwindling staff -- who continue provide the outstanding service. Henceforth, I am only using the pharmacy. I am sadly taking my shopping elsewhere.”
