My whole family comes here to get the BEST massages from Kevin. He helped relieve some serious neck and back pain for me, and shoulder and hip issues for my partner. The facility is clean and inviting, and everyone is so nice!

I can’t say enough fantastic things about Simplistic Holistics. My physical therapist recommended them after I had surgery. From personal training, fitness classes and massage, Kevin, Julie and Stephanie provide an excellent opportunity to train and grow strong.
