Most generic drinks, The pumps are rigged so all you can do is pump at high flow which you get charged more and get less gas , plus the gas quality is way worse then major companies

Great staff. Filthy pumps. Truly filthy fueling area. Diesel handles are filthy and keypads are covered in bird feces. Show your loyal customers respect, for cry eye.

I've been going here for years. Like most gas stations the service is usually pretty good.

Pumps barely work. The card reader holds my card for almost a minute before doing anything. The cashiers can barely ring people up I have had to walk out on numerous occasions because 3 different people couldn't do there job. I only come her because it's closest to me and it's normally a bad experience

Today I was shocked by the attitude of the cashier. I wanted to buy cigarettes, but the male cashier, tall, big, wearing glasses, kicked me out of the store! He was very rude to me. He directly told me "Get out of my store". For 8 years in America, this is the first case like this that happened to me. I was shocked.

This place is run by a bunch of idiots. It is located right across from an RV dealer (Camping World). I picked up my RV from service and I knew I needed to gas up so I phoned ahead to ask what the clearance height was for the roof canopy above their pumps. I told them my RV height was 13'6'''. The first guy that answered said he didn't know and there were no markings but he would ask. I heard a voice in the background say "just hang up." So I phoned back (my mistake but I needed gas). A different employee answered. I asked again and he said "I have no idea. Buddy." Imagine that. You operate a gas station but you have no idea of your roof clearance. Really surprising when you consider they are located across from an RV dealer. Like I said "Idiots."

I always have a good experience here. Tonight, was no exception. The employee who helped me out was super nice and his coworker as well. I didn't catch their names; but 100% service.

Came in for a classic throntons slurpee. Could barely get through it, tasted/smelled like sulfur. My one friend claimed one of their flavors was ok, so I’m assuming it was some sort of cleaner they use. Wish I hadn’t thrown it away, might’ve had a nice lawsuit. Please do better

The staff are much friendlier than your run of the mill gas station clerks.

Lady at the counter wouldn't take my European passport as identification after she verified I have the same date of birth on both identification since she wasn't "comfortable" with taking it and not trained in reading all kinds of passports. I understand their procedure with my expired ID but the fact they aren't trained to read birthdays with a European date which goes DAY - MONTH - YEAR to cross verify that I am in fact over 21 is ridiculous....

This petrol station is fine and dandy and their lavatory is superb. The staff are much friendlier than your run of the mill gas station clerks. Also, their cinnamon bun cappuccino is delectable. Went there three times in one day to get more because it was so gosh darn tasty. Although, you must be wary of one of their regulars. He's a very short man.. about 5 feet even. He attempted to seduce my significant other with his good looks and charm. We nicknamed him Mr. Thorntons. Still a little worried that he'll snatch her from me one day.

I'm extremely disgusted with the workers at this establishment. So a few days ago I was with my mom on the way to the hospital to go get some testing done on myself. On our way there we decided to stop at Thornton's gas station to get some slushies for the ride since the hospital we were going to was about 30 minutes away. My mom had ran into the gas station by herself while I stayed in the car. My mom loves to mix ice cream and the slushy together, and has been doing this for a few months now. One of the workers had informed her that she couldn't do that, and that if she did they would have to charge her extra. Which is no problem. That is completely understandable. However, this is the first time this has ever been mentioned to her (it's not like this is something she's been told before. My mom even said the employees see her put ice cream with her slushies all the time.) The worker then proceeded to follow up the conversation by saying "take the needle out of your arm". My mom is currently battling addiction, and is really trying her best to get sober. Keep in mind the entire time I was with my mom (from the time I picked her up to the time she left the hospital) she was not at all under the influence. There was no reason for a comment like that whatsoever. It was rude, and it pains me to think that someone even thought that was okay to say. Every single person in this world has an addiction. Even if that's not illegal drugs whether or not they want to admit it. What a lot of people don't seem to understand is just how difficult it is to struggle with that addiction. A comment like that messes with you mentally. Even if someone were to walk into the gas station under the influence that is not something to be said. Not to say going out in public under the influence is okay, but there is other ways to go about a situation like that, and employees should be trained well enough to know that is not acceptable customer service. My mom after paying the employee at the register came back to my car holding back tears. She uttered to herself what he had said to her. I stopped and asked her why she was saying something like that, and that's when she had informed me of the incident. I'm still currently in the hospital, but I'm planning on contacting corporate, and stopping by the gas station to have a conversation with the manager as soon as I'm discharged.

Good has station as far as a gas station goes. What gives this five stars is that Irish dude named Collin. The only worthwhile employee there and can actually keep the store together by himself.
