“I would and already have recommended this store to my family and a friend. I went in with the intention of purchasing disposable vape(s) as I'm in the process of quitting smoking and surprised at some of them are decent quality. I brought in a vaporizer that I haven't used in a long time. I'm mentioning this since I couldnt get it to work and had requested assistance at another store a while ago. Rather than attempt to help me, they ended up selling me alternate items. Today, Ali at Advance took the time to get mine in optimum shape. Even after replacing coil, etc....it still wasn't working. Ultimately, 20-30 minutes later, it was working properly. Besides not selling me items I didn't need and taking the time to solve my dilemma...he didn't make me feel foolish for not knowing how to fix or operate. Further, he didn't take advantage by selling me a replacement that was practically the same. While I was there, I noticed a variety of other items they offer....In addition to many brands, flavors, etc of vape products like candles, CBD, apparel. The prices also seemed competetive and best guess is that he would offer some deals if you purchase multiple items. So, even if you have a 'regular' place you shop and get 'smokin' deals',lol, I think it's worth checking it out and giving Ali the opportunity to earn your patronage. Bonus, the store is conveniently located in the strip mall shared with Wal Mart in Lake Zurich. ???”

“This really is the best smoke shop in the nw suburbs & beyond IMO. I’m the type that loves to pop in to a smoke shop and check it out, no matter where I am or what my needs are. What makes this shop a standout is how thoughtfully picked their inventory is and how nice the people are. Everything is priced fairly. Things are sorted properly and easy to find. Plenty of options for people on a budget. They carry CBD for pets! Mushroom selection. The owner(?) Eric is mad cool. Shoutout to Iday (not sure of spelling, sorry!) who is always cool to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products they carry and is super patient if you need to ask questions. I stopped in today to talk about switching to a reusable component from disposables and didn’t at all feel pressured or weird about taking the time to make an informed decision for what I wanted. I got exactly what I came in for and then some.
I don’t know how else to phrase it — this shop, and its vibe, just does the right thing. From the variety of product, to the shopping experience.. everything you need you’ll find here. You’ll meet people in line that love this place as much as you do.
That has to be a testament to being properly managed by good people and doing good business all around for the customers. They’ll make you feel like family from the jump. Huge respect for this spot.”

“Since the outlawing of vapes in Wisconsin, it sent me searching for a new vape shop. Wise Guys Vapes is awesome. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They have a really good selection of products. I would recommend everyone to try them.
The only drawback is I found a particular E juice I like and since the first time, it is never in stock. If they have an E juice that is very popular, order more of it or offer to hold one and call a customer when they have one. That has never happened and it would be great customer service.”

“I’ve been a frequent customer here for quite awhile now and just realized I’d never left a review. First and foremost KP and his staff are fantastic! KP is great at managing his inventory and always makes a point to let me know when he’s running low or restocking my preferred brand. When it comes to price he is more than fair and offers deals when appropriate. His also makes recommendations and is always looking for new products his customers might find interesting. Moreover, when he isn’t on the premises the staff he has the in store and s very friendly and upholds the standards he’s set for his business. As others have stated they do have a surcharge for using credit cards but it’s posted at the register and offset by his very competitive low pricing. Absolutely 5/5 rating - would recommend to anyone looking for a preferred shop in the area.”

“Great selection for a liquor and smoke shop in Fox Lake. It also has pretty affordable prices. Puff N' Sip has what you need for a good time. Bigger place than it appears. There's a whole lot to choose from whether you're puffing or sipping. Better prices than most places around here. It's advertised as being close to the lake, which it is. There's a small parking lot here, kind of annoying to get in and out. Anyway, the actual prices and selection make this worth looking into. There's bottles of liquors about $11 or so. Ok prices to be honest. There's also pretty cheap prices on tobacco and smoking kinds of things. Has useful items for pretty cheap. It's one of the few good liquor stores around here. They have stuff for you to drink, smoke, and whatever.”
