AIT Worldwide Logistics was the carrier for my most important annual trade show in my industry. The delivery to Las Vegas didn't go well. The truck went to a holding center instead of the convention center 1 hour away from the convention center and I didn't get my booth delivered until late in the afternoon and therefore the union laborers I hired were no longer available to set up my booth that day. But that is not the worst. They picked up my booth after the show ended. My shipment consisted of a steel cage so that all the contents were securely locked with the exception of a leather couch which was boxed in its original box and strapped/tied to the top of my cage and shrink wrapped. When the cage was delivered to my company the steel cage was badly mangled, many of the contents were broken as if the cage fell from a high distance and the couch was completely missing as in GONE. (Fell of the truck). I spent months of sending in claims and photos and follow up emails and of course they denied my claim completely. Loss of over $3,000

Would give 0 stars if possible. Been rescheduled 3 times already and have yet to receive delivery/assembly of a ping pong table ordered from Dicks. First time: rescheduled because the box wouldn't fit inside their van (seems like an important consideration to me). Second time: was scheduled for a window from 5-8 PM (doesn't work when my one year old goes down at 6). Third time: notified DURING my quoted 3 hr window that the driver has the flu and both drivers that service my region the company has been having issues with. They only send/schedule one possible time slot for delivery at a time instead of letting you have options. Unbelievably opaque process, and I'm beginning to lose hope we'll ever get our delivery. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely NO stars. This is the rudest company I've encountered. I purchased a television that Sam's Club told me would be delivered on 12/28. I received a call the night before the due delivery date telling me that it would be 1/5/24 delivery instead. That's not the worst thing but the attitude of the girl was unacceptable. Sam's Club, to be a multimillion dollar company could at least choose a reputable delivery company for their so called "important members!" This company is a complete joke.

AIT Worldwide Logistics (Secaucus Branch). Very bad service. They rescheduled me on short short notice & the reasoning was someone delinquency. "Didn't scan it in". Was scheduled on 5 December 2023 with proof of email & they lied that they didn't have it. All in All terrible service. (Secaucus Branch).

Very disappointed in the delivery time and customer service. I have received several text and emails to schedule a delivery time and date. Every time I have selected a time that was provided by AIT I would receive another text that the date or time was unavailable and that I would need to reschedule. I went through this process 3 times, today I finally called to figure out was going on and the experience started out fine with the original girl who answered being polite and easy to deal with, she then transferred me to someone in dispatch and as soon as she got on the phone she was combative. this is day 10 from my order and was not expecting it to take this long at all. It is a grill that was ordered from Sams 2 days after ordering the grill I ordered a griddle and TV form Sams. The griddle shipped through Fedex and was here within 2 days and the TV isn't schedule to be here for 5 more days....Really wouldn't have had much of an issue if it wasn't for their customer service.

I spent $2000 on an elliptical, and well over $200 for a delivery/assembly. While my equipment seems to work, I noticed several screw holes with no screws... and extra hard ware that doesn't fit. this means the screws were incorrectly placed elsewhere - either pay your people more so they give a damn, or stop coaching them to rush their job.

Can I please have a manager call me immediately. I have serious concerns regarding the services your company has yet to provide to me. Your company has cancelled and rescheduled on me five times in the past two weeks. It has created a personal scheduling nightmare along with financial hardship due to not being able to go to work so I can be home for the appointment; which has now cancelled FIVE times with limited to zero notice. I have called and spoken to numerous customer service representatives and supervisors and nobody is able to assist. I have asked to be escalated to the next level manager on numerous occasions and your team will not do that. Instead, they tell me a supervisor will call me back which has only happened twice out of the five to seven times that I have requested this. This is in regards to a basketball hoop delivery and install that Dick's Sporting Goods has contracted out. My next step is to contact the BBB, New York State Attorney General, media outlets, and social media. No customer should ever be treated the way I have been treated and given the level of service (or lack there of) that has been provided to me. I expect a call back immediately upon receipt of this message. Thank you. P.S. Based on the company's overall rating and reading other reviews, it is no surprise that my review mimics dozens of other similar reviews.

This company is illegitimate. We have paid several hundred dollars for weight equipment from Dick's Sporting Goods, and paid extra for AIT to deliver and assemble it. AIT gave us one delivery time, during a weekday, which doesn't work because we have daytime jobs. The number they provide to call and reschedule just makes you select 1 over and over and over again, and there is never anyone who answers. I will try to get in touch with Dick's customer service tomorrow, but if that fails, I will stop payment on my credit card. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS IF IT MEANS USING THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER AND ASSEMBLE.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I purchased a hoop from Dicks in March- still have not been able to get it installed correctly and it is October now. No leadership- no accountability-no care in the world to take care of anything. The "supervisor" who is helping is rude, condescending, and completely inept. The first attempt at install was so poor it was a complete miracle that it did not fall and kill my kids. Every contractor they have sent to my house either has no idea how to complete the job or has no tools to do the job, or both. I have to initiate every single interaction to try and get anything accomplished. The most broken system and organization I have ever dealt with. No one at Dicks corporate or AIT has any guts or gumption to step up and take accountability to take care of this mess they have created.

We purchased a treadmill from Dicks (that's a whole other story of incompetence - never again). They ship through this company AIT. I could NOT get any info on when this thing would ship. We were going out of town and wanted to make sure it would come after we got back so finally I had to hold off buying until after because I could not get one person from Dicks or anywhere to give me any information - remember, these places do not hire qualified people - they hire anyone who wants a job. So I finally order and finally get someone on the phone. We're on the phone for a good 15 minutes as she takes down all the information - when we want it delivered (Friday, Saturday or Sunday - can't have it delivered on the other weekdays because I'm not home and can't have them just leave a 250 pound box on the sidewalk which is what they claim to do). We are on the phone making sure she had every piece of info she needs. She was very detailed. Good to go. I get a call a couple days later saying the thing will be delivered on Wednesday. Literally what I said not to do. How you can be any more incompetent I do not know. So I call this company, get another lady who says she has none of the info the first lady took. None. So the entire 15 minutes I spent on the phone with the first lady giving her all the information was never given to anyone. She probably wasn't even writing it down. She was playing Candy Crush on her phone while she was talking to me. So this lady takes all the info again including the days, and finally set it up to get it on a Friday in a week and a half. The thing is literally 30 miles away but it will take a week and a half to have it delivered. Just accept that these companies work slow - nothing I can do about that. So I start getting text and emails confirming. I got three texts the first day "just want to confirm your time." I keep hitting yes, it's confirmed but they are run by morons. Two more texts the next day of the same thing. Literally ignoring the last text. That's 5 texts in 24 hours "confirming" my deliver time. Then the emails comes. See my screen shot. I got this email EVERY DAY. Every. Stinking. Day. Right up to the last day. I kept emailing "I've confirmed this with you ten times now, why do you keep sending this?" No response. On the sixth one I did get a response from a guy saying "yes, you're confirmed, I don't know why they keep sending but I'll check it out." They kept sending it anyway and I kept responding. No more responses from them. Now they were seeing my response because the guy did respond one time. But they chose to ignore my responses. Why? Because the don't give two sh!ts. It's a poorly run a company as their is. I mean, I don't get to pick who ships this stuff, Dicks does and they picked about the worst run company next to them. Read the other reviews. Of course Dicks doesn't care, they are like Home Depot. The hire contractors without a thought to the possibility they are terrible companies. As long as they don't have to deliver. The thing did come - the delivery guy was a nice guy - literally at the very last minute. The time frame was 12-3 and he arrived at 3pm, I kid you not. He said "man, it was 2 and a half hours." So he's claiming he left 30 miles away at 12:30 and got to my house at 3pm. 30 miles. 2 and a half hours. I mean, he did make it in the time frame, so I give him that. But just stop with the lame lies. I will NEVER buy anything from Dicks ever again and any company I use that requires deliver, I will check to make sure they do not use this company - if they do - NOPE. And remember, this company sees these reviews and litereally could not care in any shape or form.

Not surprised at all to see the terrible reviews for this company. It's legit - Awful communication, awful company. The fact that they are a trucking company trying to install basketball hoops and other things is a joke. I really mean it... unless your getting delivery only.... do NOT buy their service for anything at all.
