Alex and his crew have done 2 large jobs for our house. First job was the exterior of our house. The job came out absolutely perfect. We received so many compliments on how beautiful our house looked. Now Alex and son have just finished painting our inside of the house. We couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond what we expected. We recommend this company to anyone who is looking for very high quality and very good people to work with. We just had the exterior of our two story house painted by Alex and his crew. This was the first time for painting our house in 15 years. We went with a different color and were so pleased with the quality of workmanship by this company. Alex was great to work with and very professional. I saw an earlier review and was sorry that this person did not have the same experience. This company has come highly recommended in our Elmhurst neighborhood. The attention to detail was impressive. They pressure washed and cleaned the entire house, garage and all gutters and downspouts. They removed the downspouts and labeled them for more precise paint job. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with end result. We highly recommend this company. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. The quality of their is work is outstanding. It was a pleasure to work with this contractor. All the painters are Professional and courteous.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of customer care Alex & Sons Painting "provided." The owner, Alex does not communicate well. He quoted me and explained he was very busy for the month of May. This was fine. He told me that if he could not do the month of May 2023, he would do the first weekend of June. This was a standard conversation, knowing the demand in Spring. After that conversation in the beginning of May, I got *zero* communication from them. No updates if May would work or even confirming the first weekend as promised by Alex. It was complete radio silence. When I say radio silent, I mean completely ghosted by a contractor. Ultimately, I texted Alex asking if he still wanted the job? He finally texted back stating he was was too busy and could not do the job.I waited weeks holding out for this company when I could have found a painting company that could do the job in a timely manner. This has been a horrible experience with this company.

I don’t even know where to start. Bought a newer townhouse and called Alex and Sons.They came over and quoted it, floor to ceiling, kitchen cabinet refinish, stair rail refinish. All doors, all trim.It was a massive job.We had concerns over self-choosing colors, so they suggest an interior designer they’ve worked with.What a team.5 of their workers over 2 weeks got the job done and we are stunned. I can’t believe how detailed they are, and how clean and neat and organized.Yes, we paid more than 2 other paint quotes but the other companies didn’t even stun us on quote day, while Alex and Sons stunned us every day. They did work above and beyond the quote.This is the first time I’ve had a house done up this way and I’ll never pick anyone else.

Alex takes the extra time to listen to what the customer wants and then go over the project step by step with you. I wouldn't trust anyone but Alex and his team for our painting needs. Love these guys! This is the second time I have had them out . First time they painted the inside of the house , and just recently had the outside trim, fascia, and gutters painted. Prompt on coming out to give an estimate. Helpful on what and what not to paint with colors. Good clean lines on painting. The crew is polite and friendly. They clean up well after themselves! Price point right on target! So needless to say, definitely would recommend!
