SCAM. Total scammers trying to convince you that you hit a car and they are trying to collect insurance. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. Definitely reporting them to the authorities.

The absolute worst bottom of the barrel debt collection agency in the US. They spout demands giving 72 hours to pay “or else”. Zero stars.

This company collects on behalf of The every so unethical Grinnell Mutual insurance company. They say they will work with you but have zero intent to do so. I told them I’d pay in full within 30 days and it still wasn’t good enough. They do not maintain professionalism, Joseph Goldberg specifically could learn a little control. Unethical by association. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Sign that this company is a mess and a joke and a half: got an interview (don't judge me, I need a job and if you want to judge me then why don't YOU hire me) and the Zoom link is invalid. Emailed them back with a screenshot of such and crickets. Ok then. Funny because while the Zoom link was loading I was quickly rationalizing with myself why I'd represent such a company and boom zoom link is invalid so this is a sign or whatever. That being said, all these people leaving these bad reviews are dunces lol. First of all no matter how much money you make, why do you have debt? And second, why did you even respond to a collector if you're screaming in your reviews not to respond to them? Thirdly I doubt debt collectors expect 5 star reviews, so don't expect your 1 star to have any power at all as long as they're following the laws (yet to be seen) and fulfilling contracts of companies you got into a debt for lol. Be mad at that company, not the collector. That company could've communicated with you or forgiven you or waited or just put your account in stasis, they didn't have to send it to some corrupt leech collector. Be mad at yourself and the company who threw you away to these people.

I am being harassed by V. Hill of this company who is incredibly rude and demeaning. She would not allow me to ask any questions about this alleged Hartford Insurance debt and inferred that I am ignorant. This is AARP Hartford insurance.......the worst representation of an AARP advertised auto insurance company ever. The Karma Gods take care of customer service employees like V. Hill. Terrible experience!

I've had the displeasure of having to work with these clowns. Marc Price is the rep I have been in contact with. He refuses to answer emails and only makes threatening phone calls. Requests for documentation from the company they supposedly represent cannot be presented to me. When asked for his supervisors name and number he will not provide it. I've never worked with someone more unhelpful, grumpy, or completely incompetent at their job as Marc. I would recommend that he is fired, and I would recommend that based on your reviews, you potentially perform some customer service training for your team. I am still not convinced this isn't a scam either.

Alicia from Brown and Joseph LLC has to have an IQ below 80.First, their firm sent a bill of $500 to collections that they had apparently sent to *our old address* that we do not receive mail from. They never sent it to our updated address.Second, she mentioned she was recording the call in the very beginning, (standard practice), but immediately started sounding defensive and upset when we mentioned we were recording the call as well. It's our legal right to mention we are recording, just as she was.Third, she said the bill had been transferred to a different collection agency, but she wouldn't tell me which agency. She just kept stupidly saying "it will be mailed to you" but kept ignoring the fact that it was being mailed to *a wrong address*. Can't fix stupid I suppose. Oh well! The annoying part, is I have no problem paying $500, that's nothing, we profited $311,000 taxable income last year after expenses, and we always pay our bills, but it would be nice if I was actually notified of bills. They should have our email, but we never received an email or a phone call or a text or anything. Completely idiotic. It's almost like they didn't WANT us to pay it on time.I'm also going to file government complaint as they have acted unethically and refused to provide me necessary information.Paying the bill is fine- no problem- but sending it to collections without even properly notifying me and impacting my credit (which causes us to get a worse rate on rental properties we purchase) is infuriating and criminally unfair.
