Easy access and knowledgeable, friendly staff make bringing a "sick" camera in for repair an uncomplicated process. Having the repair department on site makes return of equipment even faster than express.Note that it requires CPS membership and an appointment for counter service.

As a professional photographer, Canon finally having a factory service center near Chicago is a long waited pleasure. I used to have to spend money on shipping my photography gear for cleaning and repairs. Now it just take a trip out to the suburbs from Chicago to drop off my gear. Jen, who is the customer relations rep and works the front counter, is amazing. Her knowledge and freindlness is incredible.

Much love to Canon. Purchased the accidental damage insurance and good thing I do. Had an accident, brought it in and they repaired and returned it like new again.

Went to drop a lense off for repair. They had it fixed in 15 minutes and I walked back out with it. Definitely making the drive to get things fixed here!
