We placed an order that was to be picked up at our school's Harvest Market on 9/24/23. Our order was out of stock so the sales rep at the market said that the charge would be reimbursed immediately and that they would still send the food order at no charge. I was not complaining, I would have been fine with waiting for the order but when she offered a reimbursement and the order to be completed and shipped at no charge, I said ok! Neither have happened and getting in contact with ANYONE at Market Day has been impossible. The number in Itasca is no good and email inquiries have not been responded to.

My family has bought from Market Day for over 20 years and we’re so excited to find out they were online. We are picky about chicken and can only eat their chick n steaks. Customer service is great. I emailed them about an issue and they reached out immediately and rectified the issue.

I have had Market Day in the past, it was great. This was a horrible experience. Ordered on Tues and delivery was supposedly Thursday. Finally got it on Sunday completely melted. No dry ice in site like they said it would be. Wasted my money for sure. Very disappointed!
