I'm sadly disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. After a pedicure, I was unhappy with the length of my nails, which were cut too short. Additionally, the nail technician failed to properly moisturize my heels, leaving them dry and unchanged. When I brought this to their attention, I was unimpressed with their response, which dismissed my concerns. As a paying customer, I expect better quality service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations and left me feeling like I could have done a better job myself at home. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve their services.

3 days ago I had gotten a no-chip manicure at Nails Today. Within 2.5 days they were all beginning to chip on the corners. I only got my nails done there because I had a gift certificate given as a present to me. I usually go to Nails 4 you in Elk Grove (shoutout to them!). My nails lasted 24 days with the amount of chips I had gotten in 2.5 days. This really disappoints me because of the amount of money it is to get nails done these days. On top of the disappointing chipped- no chip polish, we had an inconvenience with an eye brow waxing. When my mom went in to get her brows waxed, she was frustrated by the results. The left brow was looking good but when she turned her head you could see how messed up the right brow was. Half of the brow is thick and the other is thin. When she started to question the staff, the employee acted as if she had done nothing wrong. There was one girl that seemed more in charge of the others, and she gave my mom the wax with no charge. Even for not having to pay, not much is worse than a feature on your face being discomforting to your appearance. Overall I do not suggest going to Nails For you unless you want an experience close to ours.

Jeremy has been consistently amazing for 5 years with my pedicures, no chip and/or dip manicures. He takes his time , especially with pedicures and I always feel pampered. His availability fills up quickly much of the time. Every once in a while you can get lucky and schedule with him at the last minute. Love , love , love the owner, Anna, too

I had a very bad experience at this shop and have never been treated this bad anywhere before.I had a no chip Mani and a pedicure.The young man who did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job, then I had a lady do my manicure and she was rude, only talking to her coworkers in her language. When it came time to pay they charged $5 more to take off the old which was hardly there and that part of the nail was cut off anyway, so it went from $65 to $70 okay.I paid the bill and was giving $3 to each tech and the girl threw the receipt down and said It says 20% tip, so I said that is not compulsory and she told me to not come back again. I said shame on you and as I was walking out the owner said if I don't want to spend the money I should never come back there again, shocked is putting it mildly and I hope they lose all their business because they are really mean and not worthy of having a business!!!! Bullying the customer and making them feel bad is not the way to run a business. I give them no stars just a minus review.

Jeremy is wonderful. He does an amazing job so if you do go here, ask for him. He takes care of you and is very attentive. Jessica, however, is not. Right off the bat I asked for round nails and she said “No, we’ll do square.” Then she *allowed* for some rounding of just the edges as if she was doing me a favor. Her tools any time I’ve gotten her are never sharp so they tug on my cuticles. When we got to the nail polish, it was streaky and imprecise, and too far away from the cuticle so it looked as though my nails were a week old. I just felt as though she was rushing. See pictures, they were taken the day after. You can see the top coat wasn’t put on the whole nail and the pinky has a weird swirl to it.

Rude owner forgot to put down my appointment and when I told her I can’t wait for her an hour and had to leave she call me that evening on the phone and called me CRAy !! Very unprofessional

Charged me $50 for the ugliest pedicure I ever got. All uneven. Never will return. They didn't play music, vibes were off, and it also didn't look very clean. Nor did I see them sterilize any equipment entire time I was there. My toe still hurts from her aggression.
