Terrible service. On hold right now as I type this. My firm has been attempting calls and emails simply to become a member for several weeks. No return calls or emails and website does not work.

Good luck getting ahold of them. Says they are open till 4:30. Don't call anytime past 3:30 it will say they are closed. Good luck getting ahold of them at all actually, they just hang up after awhile

Was 6 hours into a training and my progress was randomly reset. Contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Asked how it happened so I can ensure I don’t waste my time again and they never responded to me. Don’t waste you’re time and money with these fools

Where do I even start on how horrible they are to deal with.
Took a First aid/CPR/Instructor course. Took countless phone calls with National and North Dakota, as well as threatening them that I wanted a refund to get someone to give me my training credentials.
My direct report took the class around the same time in April of 2024 and is still fighting with them to get his instructor credentials. I highly advise you spend zero dollars with them, it's a nightmare dealing with them.
If...... and that's a big IF...they answer the phone. They love to leave you on hold and their phone system will just hang up on you. On more than one occasion they answer the phone, and their phone system drops the call. This is frustrating when you have been on hold waiting for someone to answer for 30 mins.
I have been a safety manager for 12+ yrs and they will never get another dollar from me.

I have been driving for over 50 years. The one thing my driving instructor impressed upon me were the words "BLIND SPOT." Always to check it. I always do. I have an excellent driving record. I recently completed the defensive driving course. WAY TOO LONG. They should pay people to take it. I learned a couple things but no mention of blind spot!! I have to say, people are getting paid way too much for putting this lengthy course together. Needs to be simplified. Who cares about exact percentages? It's about what's important to know and keep in mind. The course not up to par by any means.

Traffic safety course problems, 1, you show in multiple videos a vehicle driving past a broke down vehicle with flashing lights on in the lane closest to the broke down vehicle. Violating safety and scotts law in IL, second, not one single tome estimate is close. And im doing the class with no sound on a desk top. 3, there needs to be a seperate course for drivers with commercial driving experience.

Still trying to get into website to order classes after company account set up now for 60 days. Sending us a token only good for hour after requested 8 hours before sent does not help getting us in to website. Paid 2500.00 in advance and can not use the website.

This is a pos site. After getting paid there is no way I can continue the course. Paid for and began yesterday. trying to continue today and get error message that my log on is incorrect. Stay away and use another.

i drove over an hour to a safety course and no instructor showed up. called at 8am when the class started, and they said the office was closed until 10am. after being on the phone for about an hour and getting disconnected 4 times i rescheduled my class. biggest waste of time and biggest waste of gas. they didn’t even try to accommodate for the inconvenience.

It took multiple attempts to get the right person to register to become an instructor; this should have been enough to make me look elsewhere. After speaking with someone to write was given access to the online instructor material. Still, NSC did not add my condo number to the shipping address for the instructor guide and course material. It took three weeks to get the course material. When I first accessed the online content I was never given an invoice. I notified my point of contact several times that I had not received the invoice. I got the invoice when I finished the course. After completing the course, I was notified I needed to teach two classes (which NSC observes with a $200 payment per class) before I became certified. This was news to me. To become certified to teach the course in my state, I needed to be NSC certified. I followed up with my point of contact to see how I advertise my classes to the public so I could pay them to observe, and it took two months to get a response. The response was from someone other than my point of contact, and they wanted to remind me that NSC material was proprietary. If you want to become an NSC-certified instructor, be sure you understand all that is required. Ask specific questions because they will only volunteer some of the information.

Absolutely disgusting service. Called Friday and their system was down they told me to call back Monday. Called all day and have been on the line for more than an hour and haven’t reached on representative to schedule my course. Horrible service.

Terrible website and customer service. I ordered Defensive Driving online course but I haven’t received any confirmation yet and it’s not on my account as well. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted it from my bank accountI emailed you many times and I haven’t received a reply yet.

Terrible online classes! So far, I have wasted 4 hours of restarting 5 different times! I should be almost done not restarting! Sent an email probably won't hear back though. The worst!
