Purchased ice cream machine from Vevor on 7/5/23 with a delivery date of 7/10/23. Vevor updated its system on 7/5/2023 to confirm it placed the shipment order. 7/10/23 came and went - the item wasn't delivered. I reached out to Seko Logistics and Vevor by separate email. Vevor responded and apologized by offering a $30 refund in exchange for my patience. Seko Logistics ignored me. Seko Logistic's tracking website estimates delivery by 7/17/23. I am writing this review on 7/18/23. Seko Logistics has not responded to one of my three inquiries. They have completely ignored me. Now Vevor is suggesting they will only refund me upon return of the machine! How am I supposed to assume responsibility to return something that I never received?! STAY AWAY FROM SEKO LOGISTICS AND ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM!

Terrible delivery service, did not get signature, just put a $2,000+ rug at front door. Surprise surprise, rug was damaged, had a big tear in it. It's a shame, a beautiful wool area rug ruined by crappy packaging. Some companies do use them for delivery. Make sure you inspect the package and goods, they have time built into delivery time to do that, and get a receipt.

Terrible service. Nothing but excuses and ineptitude from the staff. I called to find the status of my delivery and got the run around. I asked to speak with a manager and “they went home for the day” I am upset because they wasted my time and had me waiting for a delivery that never came. I was lied to and told that they knocked on my door and no one was home. My doorbell camera determined that was a lie and also my wife was home all day. I am still waiting on my delivery. If you value your customers and their business then avoid using this company at all costs.

Very slow delivery . My order has been sitting at your Houston dock since 23 23 July 2021. I can’t get your company to delivery my shipment and your customer service is absolutely no help . I would never recommend anyone use this company . Disabled Vet waiting on important rehab equipment and you’re refusing to deliver . If necessary I can have someone pick it up because it not being delivered !&

Weber BBQs should use a different delivery service. Seko dropped my 300 lb BBQ off at my front door like a regular package. Refused to help move the BBQ to the patio. Ridiculous to think that Weber products warrant this poor level of service. Do not but Weber products directly from their website if they continue to use this company.I am calling Weber to complain directly to them.

Terrible customer service. They claim to have contacted me several times to setup a delivery date but I no missed calls from the company. Then I received an email to call them and have done so several times with no answer. My package has been sitting at their warehouse for days now with no further communication. I will never use this company again.

F*** this company. This is the worst delivery service of all time. They will not bring your s*** to your door, its curbside delivery and they don't tell you that until they are at your house with your order. F*** this company. Too bad that world market uses them for delivery because I like them but will never order something online again. F*** SEKO.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I’ve ever had.. ordered table 2 weeks ago. Delivery driver from SEKO WORLDWIDE LLC, knocks on my door to speak to me about my delivery ( wearing no mask), then brings my table and asks me wear I want it? He tells me he cannot come In my home, thats understandable. I ask him if he can leave on top of my staircase being I’m 9 MONTHS PREGNANT and he said no he cannot enter my home. It’s 3 steps and not inside my home mind you. He said No he cannot leave it on my steps still saying he can’t enter my home.I then proceed to tell him I can’t lift that (pointing at my belly) and he then says to me, “ Well you ordered it”.

Worst shipping experience ever!! Still waiting on my table. Can't even reach anyone...they gave me a delivery day and window,after calling for 4 days straight. And that day came and went...nothing. And no one answering still. WTF!!

Worst shipping experience EVER!! Worst costumer service EVER! Received shipping info on 5/04; 3-5 day service. Today is 5/21 and they still can't tell me when my package will be delivered. Blames the reason on the delay on everyone but themselves. They contradict what is on THEIR TRACKING website. I will never order another product if I know it will be shipped through Seko.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wanted to deliver my furniture into my garage instead of in my house. I don't even have room in my garage for the furniture. Cost the company I bought the furniture and bed from $5,000 because of horrible delivery service. I also requested everything delivered together, but they delivered the bed separately so now they will have to come pick that up. Absolutely terrible customer service.
