“I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”

“My experience at My Mechanic Elmhurst was terrific. They conducted their inspection and determined my A/C compressor went kaput. They also performed the required testing to determine the reason for a Check Engine light.
I brought the car in on Friday and the repairs were completed by Monday morning. Courteous service and they satisfactorily answered all my questions. I will have all of my cars serviced by My Mechanic in the future.”

We very much appreciate the managers’ hospitality and willingness to work with us while thoughtfully considering our budget and time frame. I certainly do highly recommend them and will be doing business with he and his team again (Pembroke location in Hoffman Estates, IL.).

“Huge location with 2 lots, we spent about 5 minutes in the wrong place before we figured it out. But the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our truck was on the other lot and they quickly ran over and grabbed it for us. Super happy with my experience and one of the top uhauls I have been to, we were stuck with our bikes and U-Haul is cheaper than enterprise so we rented a small truck.”

Fuel island workers always there, no searching for someone to fuel like many other locations, service guys have mixed batteries, replaced fire extinguishers , and other things without making me wait 3 hrs like other locations. Trucks are always clean and in great working condition. The storage units are always clean with easy to use over head doors. But a big reason I have continued to use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream for years was because of Catherine the mgr. When I heard she left U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream I thought I might have to find a new provider. I met the new Mgr DeShawn and I could hardly believe that he surpassed the great service I have received for years from Catherine. In today's world this level of knowledge of the job, friendliness, and a true desire to help is almost non existent! I highly recommend Mgr. Deshawn and U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream!!”
